Betway — Amount debited from account but not credited in my betway account

Hello sir
My name is Ashish Bakshi, and my betway i.d is abrb1990. i am deposited the money in my betway account on 6th march at 12:04 A.M. I deposited 5000 rs. The amount is debited from my bank account but the amount is not reflecting in my betway account. I have my upi transaction i.d. i will share with you my transaction details. Please do the needful as soon as possible..I aslo share the bank statement with you.
