I deposited Rs.50, 000 in my Betway account through UPI Paytm app
money debited from my account but not credited in my Betway account nor back to my Bank account

I have deposited rs 500 INR on 31st August 2023 the amount has debited from my account but not yet credited in betway account.

My withdrawal of 5200 rupees is stucked in my betway account and my account is locked please help me regarding this issue

Betway online gaming site is not releasing my withdrawals and locked my account without asking me. Withdrawls are pending since 28 th June and but they are daily giving false information that they will call me soon but they are not calling and not releasing my withdrawals

I have an account in Betway which has been closed . I have money in my account they promised to release the funds on 27th June 2023 but I have not got the funds yet in my AstroPay now they are saying I have problem with my web wallet . This is a fraud company I want to file a case against them .

I deposited INR 26, 000 on 12th May and the money got debited from my bank account but didnt get credited to Betway Account. It has been close to 2 months and there is no response from their team whatsoever. Whenever i go to live chat, they say they are waiting for update from the banking team.
I have even sent an email to [protected]@betway.com along with my bank statement and proof of transfer but still no response. I dont think its justified to keep me waiting for more than 2 months to just check if you have recieved my funds. I hope this gets resolved quickly

I have made a deposit to betway of 3000 that been recived from their side and not reflecting into my betway account.i have sent them all documents that proof that.bank statments and their email with CA reference. No resolve yet.

I made a transaction of INR 1000 through Phonepay. The transaction was successful but the money didn't get deposited in BETWAY account.

I had made couple of deposit transactions 5 one through UPI 5 days ago and one through card 2 days ago. Both the cases money got debited from me but the money is not shown up in my betway account. When I tried to reach for online support, It is asking me to wait for the next available agent and after waiting for some hours the chat gets disconnected. Really frustrated with the services and they are wasting our time on the name of online chat. Need somebody to look at this seriously and take necessary actions.

It's more than 4 months I haven't received the funds neither in betway account nor in my bank account tried contacting betway more than 50 times in chat and more than 30 times in email only get response in email saying case is assigned to concern team will revert back soon but from past 4 months no resolution. No one is responding properly I am frustrated I am not getting what to do if you people can't give service properly means just shutdown ur company in India.

Greeting of the day, I myself Shashank Have account in the name and style of Naveenrgowda in bdbetway website. on 27.04.2023 I tried to make a payment of Rs. 30, 000/- but the transaction failed. Subsequently I tried for a second time for Rs. 30290/- and it was successfully debited from my account but not credited to my wallet at about 7.52 pm by upi payment scanning the QR code. In the meantime I'm unable to contact the live chat support and earlier I have already sent the snapshot of the payment done and even the bank statement showing that amount has been debited from my account.
My Humble request to you is to look after the problem and need to address the reply on this issue and it is already a 2 days time and no reply from your side. Please do needful by tomorrow morning. please...
