I deposited 3000 INR through Betway's deposit through Net-Banking the money was taken from my bank account but was not credited to my Betway account. After waiting for 14 working days which was their minimum time to then chat with customer support I was told it was a "Merchant Issue" and it would take a few more days to be solved. The customer chat support told me to send my bank statement proving the money was taken and still not returned to my account to their Email [protected]@betway.com
After I sent them my bank statement of that time period they wanted to their email. I received an automated message "We no longer actively monitor this inbox". Why even have a customer support email If they don't use the email? Only after I contacted chat support again they acknowledged they received my bank statement.
To this day it's not been solved, I've contacted them over 10 times in the past 5 months and still met with one excuse after the another and was told it would be solved soon without an estimated time to be resolved.
I have now lost hope as the last time I spoke to them the chat support straight away said after I mentioned my issue "Is there anything else?
Please solve this issue if not I would be completely avoiding this company from here on out and would never recommend this to anyone.
