Betway — Declined deposit

I had made a deposit of Rs. 30, 000/- on 04th November 2022 but the amount had not been reflected in the betway account.

After several times followup with betway support team also the amount had not reflected in my betway wallet nor in my bank account. I am really worried that already 5 months is completed and again I am hearing the same answer from the support team that bank processor team is still reviewing the progress and we cannot tell you the exact time frame.

I request you to kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.
