Betway — Deposit amount not added to wallet but debited from the account

Dear Sir/ Madam
Greeting of the day, I myself Shashank Have account in the name and style of Naveenrgowda in bdbetway website. on 27.04.2023 I tried to make a payment of Rs. 30, 000/- but the transaction failed. Subsequently I tried for a second time for Rs. 30290/- and it was successfully debited from my account but not credited to my wallet at about 7.52 pm by upi payment scanning the QR code. In the meantime I'm unable to contact the live chat support and earlier I have already sent the snapshot of the payment done and even the bank statement showing that amount has been debited from my account.
My Humble request to you is to look after the problem and need to address the reply on this issue and it is already a 2 days time and no reply from your side. Please do needful by tomorrow morning. please...
