I deposited INR 26, 000 on 12th May and the money got debited from my bank account but didnt get credited to Betway Account. It has been close to 2 months and there is no response from their team whatsoever. Whenever i go to live chat, they say they are waiting for update from the banking team.
I have even sent an email to [protected]@betway.com along with my bank statement and proof of transfer but still no response. I dont think its justified to keep me waiting for more than 2 months to just check if you have recieved my funds. I hope this gets resolved quickly Was this information helpful? |
