Sir i had deposited Rs 20000/- on 29/10/2021 to betway through net banking but amount not credited in my betway account, i contacted betway support they said transaction was declined amount will be refunded in 14 working days, but amount not refunded to me, i had sent my bank statement to [protected]@betway.com several times and also complained to [protected]@betway.com, even after 55 days also they had not solved my query.
