I have deposited 9000 INR on 17th Jan where the amount got deducted from my bank account however did not get credited in to my betway account. Then they asked for the proof of payment and then they asked for the bank statement.. i sent them both the things but still they are saying we are investigating your payment. Email for betway i contacted are [protected]@betway.com And Email of manager also I contacted he said at last you can complain ecogra [protected]@betway.com I mentioned both email of company i contacted still it have not been credited yet.
