Betway — Deposited amount , but not credited to Betway account

I have deposited INR 10000 with reference ID[protected] on Mar 18 2023 at 4.12 pm to bharti.[protected]@timecosmos.
The amount still not credited in my betway account neither to my bank account.

whenever we tried reaching out to the Customer care, there is no proper response.
