Betway — Payment not deposited in account

I deposited Rs. 10, 000 on 23:23 of 30th April 2022 as directed by the Betway UPI deposit procedure.

It was supposed to be reflected in my Betway balance but It's been a week and I have tried to contact their support multiple times with no resolution. I am not getting reply of the emails.

To resolve the issue either the money should be deposited in Betway balance or reimbursed to my account.

I would prefer the latter.
