Bewakoof Brands — Cant get my money back to my bank account

Updated by RahulD7 these guys are harrassing people in the name of buisness. ( order no.[protected] first of all they have sent a wrong product. then they refunded the money to bewakoof cash. now i cant get it back to my bank account. they have no simple process to get it back. i have mailed them. raised a ticket. and they asked me to send a Screenshot. a screenshot of what?? when i need my money back . now its been more than 24 hours and no reply. now i have raised another ticket. still no response. they don't have a customer care number. they don't have a whatsapp assistance. neither they give reply in Instagram. and now my money is stuck. they are forcing me to use that money on their app indirectly. and only use a percentage of that money as a discount to purchase s different item. that means to get my money back i have to spend more. i just want my money back.
