Bewakoof Brands — Giving me a wrong item and forcing me to to take the same item | |||||
Recently on 24th sep. I ordered a laptop bag from Bewakoof.com and they have send a wrong item to me and I have asked them to return it and get my money back in my bank account this is second time they are sending the wrong item and I asked them to return the product they were saying that they don't have a return policy for that laptop bag but I have the proof from there website only there is no such type of terms & conditions regarding the laptop bag can't be returned they were actually have a mail id for contacting I am just tired tying mail twice every day and still they are not resolve my problem they were actually waiting for the product that once the product is 15 days old then they will not take the item my name: Devansh Dubey number: [protected] AWB / Tracking Id:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
