I had ordered one item from Bewakoof ( Order id :[protected] from Bewakoof on 19-may-22 which was oversized so returned item on the very same day. Pick up agent (Sachin S Pathak - +91-[protected]) collected the item same day but status is not updated till now(25-May-22 on bewakoof app neither I have got refund. Upon checking with Sachin S pathak he says he has returned the item to warehouse but not sure why status is not updating. Reverse AWB number is[protected]. I have chasing Bewakoof customer care everyday but did not get proper response from them. got one reply but that is not satisfactory.
