Bewakoof Brands — order not delivered, customer care not responding to mails

I had placed an order on 18th september 2019 which was expected to be delivered on 23rd september. The same has not yet been delivered. I have mailed them more than 5 times but their customer care team is not responding at all.
Since the customer care does not have any phone number, we cannot call and ask them about the status also. They have failed several times on their promise of responding within 24 hours.

Bewakoof.com is the most irresponsible and unprofessional company.
It's been two weeks since I have returned my product and been emailing more than 5-6 times on a daily basis for the refund.
I had given my bank account details. Completely disgusted by this site.
