Bewakoof Brands — refund for 3 products not received and another 2 products not delivered

My complaint is regarding five orders which are classified below according to the issues:

Late refund:
1) order id: 30525239
2) order id :30525238
3) order id :30525220

The above three orders were ordered on 19th september. The delivery was recieved by me on 21st september and due to a size issue i returned them on 22nd september and chose the option to refund the amount to my bewakoof wallet so that i can order the same items of the suitable size for me asap. However, it has been 4 days that the refund has not been recieved. A mail was dropped previously for the same issue and the reply i recieved was that it takes 12-15 days for the refund. The purpose for which the clothes were purchased was the festive season that is coming up. 12-15 days later, the festive days are getting over. This timeline given by bewakoof is highly inefficient and illogical for a customer to be be retained by bewakoof. How can it take 12-15 days for a refund especially when further purchases of a customer depend on it? Extremely disappointed.

Late delivery:
1) order id :30525031
2) order id :30525010

The above two orders were supposed to be delivered by 24th september but no notification has yet come regarding the order. When tracked, it says the order is in manifest. There is no notification regarding the order nor is the tracking saying where the order currently is.

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience from bewakoof.com. There is no customer care phone number and there are automated chatbots to answer queries for a customer who needs support.
Bewakoof could have been an amazing initiative but unfortunately is one of the worst customer relationships management examples in this country. Bewakoof.com will not be suggested by me to any colleague, friend or relative. Being in one of the most premier business schools of the country, i will make sure bewakoof.com gets highlighted as a bad example in the arena of business. It is highly shameful that indian startups are not customer oriented.
