Bewakoof Brands — refund not done

I have ordered t-shirt (Order no.[protected] and returned back due to size issue. Till now i didn't get my refund.
(Bevkoof refund policy states that wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours) don't respond to any mail. Does bevkoof h've any sort of service responsibility?
It's our right to know what the problem persist and why it is delayed!
Please give my money back...
