So on 16th of september 2019 i ordered a phone cover with floral print for poco f1. The order id is : 30430994 The guy came and picked it up shortly after since i wasn't satisfied with my product on 24th of september. According to the policies i should be refunded within 24hrs in my bewakoof wallet but i wasn't. I need a refund as soon as possible of rupees 299. I have not been refunded for an order with order id:29821286 and order id:30002761 which i had returned due to fitting issues.Pls resolve this asap its been 2 months already due to such an unprofessional approach towards ur customer I don't want to ever order again from bewakoof.

I ordered around 20 days back and order is still not been delivered.Also there is no updation in the tracking section. This is so annoying, i need my order ASAP or my money back.
