As you write the price on the outside the packing what happens is that delivery person knows the value as we use the bewakoof wallet amount some time we get it in very less price so in those cases they either don't let reach that product to us or either they open the packing and take out one product.
I ordered three things from you it was sell time so I got those in cheaper price but they were not delivering it so I called them but they said it's only two product inside if you want we will deliver why I would accept the two product when I have paid for three.
So I denied and they returned. So after waiting for such long time I didn't got products I ordered and addition to that I am not receiving the full amount of refund.

Please process my full refund and it's humble request that if possible please change practice of writing net amount paid on outside. As they think it's their right to take out the things if someone is getting it in cheaper price. Was this information helpful? |
