[Resolved] Bewakoof Brands — wrong product received | |||||
I have received wrong product, well this happened to me 3rd time so i am fed up with this e-commerce website, so for refund purposes i login into my account but in the order list i was not able to see that order. So i markup the email to them (Because they don't have toll free number) at [protected]@bewakoof.com and they have reverted back my email, everytime i send them an email they revert me with mine email. Then, i decided to go post my query on social sited and i posted my query to facebook then these guyz marked my comment as spam and kept on doing that. Then i posted the same query on twitter but still i haven't received any email or call. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I didn't received my refund of t-shirts yet this company is fooling us ...showing that order is received but it was picked up 7 days before not showing any refund status
