Bewakoof.com — Order is not being processed

I have submitted order through net banking for 4 tshirts on 29th Sep 2015 .my order no is 3165113. its 5th oct and stil i have not status whether courier has been dispatched or when its going to be dispatched. Should i cancel the order ? i doubt bewkoof.com wont even refund the amount seeing the complaints registered here. pls help me on this. Regards, Parth Patel [protected]
