Bewakoof.com — Order not placed in My Orders menu, but money deducted from bank

My name is Subham Agarwal and My email id is - [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered for a Xiaomi Redmi Note case from bewakoof.com mobile app and hence made a prepaid payment of Rs.375. But after the payment my order is not showing up in the order menu and neither bewakoof.com customer support responding to my problem.
