[Resolved] Bewakoof.com — they deducted money but didn't deliver the product

I ordered a t-shirt for my brother on 01 september from bewakoof.com through app and completed payment through debit card, but till now i didn't get that product and when tracking it showing delivered. I complained so many times to them through chatbox and mail but they aren't responding... My order i'd is 29760998... Please help to get my money back.

Updated by Nuzhat Raza Notified but still I didn't get my product ... If they don't want to deliver then at least give my money back... This was my last order from Bewakoof...I'll never gonna buy any thing from this site...
