Beyond Infinity Consultancy LLP — Germany Job Seeker Visa

Had enrolled to the services of Beyond infinity for Germany Jobseeker Visa in Nov 20, between 1st and 2nd wave of covid 19 when international traveling was restricted. At the time of enrolling with them they were boasting aout the quality of service they provide, Job guarantee etc. I was initially reluctant to join the firm but their advisor Anchal said the firm will give you job guarantee. I had conifimed with her and also with Divya (who was following up on my application) the validity of the service beyond 1 year because of restrictions due to Covid-19 pandemic. I was told no to worry about the agreement period as these restrictions are beyond our control, Beyond Infinity will fulfill whatever promised to me. From Nov 20 till March 22 they were regularly sending me just one mail "we have been trying to book an appointment for Job Seeker visa at the German Consulate near you. However, there are no slots available for the same yet in your nearby embassy". Once, I had enquired my application details like application acknowledgement number etc. since nothing was moving forward from last 1.5 years. But they did not give me the details saying there are no such details of my application. This was very strange and doubtful. Post March 22 they stopped sending me updates. When I enquired them through mail and tried to contact them over telephone, there was no reply. I called them multiple times. Somehow I managed to contact them through a number which I got on the internet to which they said they will reply soon. On 28th April 2022, the embassy has opened the slots for Germany Jobseeker Visa. This was not at all told to me . Last one and half years they were sending me continuous mails saying embassy has not opened slots. But when embassy did, Beyond Infinity did not said a single word, did not send any mails also. I asked them for refund since their behaviour was suspicious. For which they made me wait for 20 days and then rejected the refund. Also, till date I did not get any details on my application. If my application was registered with embassy then how can it not have any acknowledgement number or any serial number. This totally looks like a way of cheating innocents people who want to make a career abroad. They wasted my almost 2 years along with the money. People should not fall into the hands of such consultants. This should be their business tactic to get people enrolled, take money, don' provide any service and then do not refund the money. Also, wherever beyond infinity has refunded the money to the applicants, just imagine the interest they must have earned on this money after keeping it for 1-2 years.
