Beyond Infinity consultancy should be banned in India strictly.

Don’t pay any money for this consultancy here is my proofs.

They asked me delete the review, so that they will pay me refund, finally denying to refund I have paid for Malta visa 47000/- please do not this consultancy, fraud consultancy

First and foremost, I would like to warn everyone that this is a fraud company and they trap you with misleading job offers and crooked legal agreements.

I was approached by this company for a job offer in Hong Kong regarding which they asked me to apply for a HK Qmas visa post which they mentioned they will schedule my job interviews. For this they asked me to deposit Rs. 47200 in guarantee of providing a 100% job assurance. But the legal agreement that they drafted just mentioned them as a visa consultant and therefore i objected post which they added just one line stating that they will provide a "100% job "assistance". I again objected to this but then the consultant (2 of them) assured me that this is just a legal statement and they will refund me in case i don't get any "Investment Banking Analyst" job offer from HK within a set period of time. (I have kept voice recordings and email exchanges for the same).

Post payment I was allocated an application manager. I explained to him the ongoinig protests in HK and raised my concern as it would impact my employment opportunity. He mentioned that this won't impact my case and if HK embassy takes any such decision adversely impacting me then they would let me know.

Fast forward 1.5 months, the case of corona virus has worsened in HK as well, leading to unfavourable employment and living conditions in HK. Keeping this in mind, i reached out to the team for revoking my application as Indian government has also warned against such travels.

They not only denied this but they also mentioned that they had warned me against such scenarios in the past which is a white lie. I am now so shocked by the way they had treated my case. Now the people at Beyond Infinity are not picking up my calls and are not even responding to my emails.

I just wanted to tell that opposite party has agreed and refunded me the money after deducting the GST & visa seat blocking charges, So I want to take my complaint back.

I'm pretty sure that the person complaining and the complaint are both fake, to show that the company is genuine and does return your money. Make no mistakes here, the company Beyond Infinity is bogus and you would lose your money. I too was contacted by Beyond Infinity for a couple of jobs in Germany. Their emails sent to seem to be written by a couple of trolls who do not even know the field that they are consulting for.
