From the day one I faced so many problems, finally the completed October 20th. They started refund calculation process on November 17th.until today no one give the clear date. Poor response. Not attending calls. No mail. I am waiting for refund amount. already mailed to concern person continue.

I had booked my flat interior under your Bonito project at Thane location. I had given an advance money of Rs 80000 by debit card on Date 24th Sep 23 Rs 27000 & 1st Oct 23 Rs 53000. the same has been encashed by you.

The booking was done under my husband Name Mr. Pranay Mangesh Sawant, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the booking receipt for your information.

I regret to inform you that I will not be able to continue working with you as I am unable to arrange the rest of the money for it. My loan application have been rejected by the bank and they said new application login after 6 month and my father in law was not eligible for loan. My mother in Law is a housewife and she was also not eligible for loan. I do not have enough savings to pay the whole amount. I hope you will understand my situation. I really appreciate your help.

So i signed with them on 31st august 2021, they assured me for giving me interviews and job calls and from then they were not calling me and have stopped receiving my calls! i have given them 40k in all total! i first round have given 5000 and then 35000 which they said was job interviews and job offer! after that they stopped picking up my call! i was talking to all girls one was PRIYANKA then NITIMA then PREET and then RADHIKA! they are just doing fraud! no one actual did anything and have never called me ever! They have sent few documents which i will attach to this! i even 2 months back went down to their office which is in Nehru place! i met a guy there and he gave me Radhika's no and i spoke to her she said wait for 31st august 2022 and will process your refund and then after that they just blocked mr from every where! they cant just run away with my money i need to complain in police station if needed!

Beyond Infinity consultancy is 1000% fraud consultancy and they don't give
correct information, their motive is to take money from the persons by any means.

It should be closed and fined by Delhi Government.

And all the people like Chandani, Nitima, Muskan should be punished.

They have done fraud with me.
I have complained earlier but no action has been taken by Delhi Government.
At last I have left the case to God, He will do the reimbursement.

Beyond Infinity is not a professional concern, They get in touch with you in Linkdin and flaunt all lies and promises to make you pay the fee. Swaty from their made all fake promises which I have all the message on whatsapp. Also later when I made the payment Swaty just vanished and did not pic any calls. I had to reach out to various people on Linkdin and get to know the status of my profile. their only motive is to cheat money and keep sending useless emails.
No one from their team is aware of what visa is active or not and is not educated about the process as well.
they keep dragging with stupid emails which won't make any sense.
After being frustrated and waiting for more than a year. I requested a refund/ partial refund since they have not done as promised or as mentioned in the useless contract. They responded saying you have been charged for the assistance.

For earning like this, Beyond Infinity can actually beg and Live !
Don't cheat people with their hard-earned money.

I don't mind you not refunding my money, I would consider that as giving it to a begger. This is to inform all professionals to not trust these guys!

Do you really want me to get into the specifics of what Swathi from your team told (misguided) me? I have each and every conversation and screenshot of emails and chats.
Also, Job assistance is not just applying for a role. Even I myself can do that on any platform, why would I pay you for that? As promised/ misguided me, your team said you will arrange for an interview and the results of the interview are not your concern. That is what exactly job assistance means. Even if you would have arranged for a single interview, I would have been ok with that. What would you/ your boss do paying an amount to a concern without any results? Consider yourself in my place.

Do you mean to say, just to have the WES documentation done, which was actually filled by me, and the IELTS materials which are anyways available over the internet
(better than what you provided), and sending me emails saying that you have applied for different companies is chargeable of 59, 000 INR.
Apart from that, your team was even not aware that the AIPP is on hold and I HAD TO INFORM YOUR TEAM REG THE SAME. With this lack of information, how did you even apply for a position without a VISA not even active?

I expect a professional approach to this. If nothing goes fair here, I would raise this discussion on LinkedIn/ Twitter and file a complaint with all the details on the consumer portal. and tag the concerned department to look into this. Which even you would do if you'd be in my place.

I started the job seekers visa from beyond infinity consultancy, talks were initiated from 4th March 2020. Payment was done on 21st March to Beyond Infinity. But they are continuously giving excuses for more than two years due to Covid and Embassy not opening. There have been multiple follow-up in this regard. Secondly had also shared all the documents to Beyond within the timelines so they could initiate the process. I had asked them in detail on process and document related doubts and if there was something which had a dotted line or any hidden policy they said no to it. Most of the times post couple of months once documents were provided, they team didn’t pick calls on most occasions and post regress follow up the calls were addressed.
Would occasionally got email stating Embassy were not accepting any visa requirements as of now we are following up at regular intervals.

If Beyond is unable to process for Job Seeker then they should refund the amount.

I started my Germany job seeker visa process thru Beyond Infinity Consultancy during March 2019 and all documents are verified by some case manager as finally handled by Nitima. After that January 2020 I had received information from chennai consulate to be prepare for visa appointment once scheduled date but unfortunately due to covid pandemic the embassy put the process on hold. Till now I had been waited with Beyond Infinity Consultancy LLP but they asking me for 20k again to restart the process per their hidden policy. So either i request them to proceed the initial process or refund my payment of Rs.36000

I am opening this complaint again they have done fraud against me. They told me to mark complaint resolve and they will do the process refund for fees. But after 2 month waiting they denied for refund always changing their statement such a fraud company.
