I ahd ordered two dresses and requested a refund from shop due to poor quality and ill fitting issues.
It has been more than 5 months and still no update on refund.
There has been multiple. Emails and conversations that has happened from me to website and still absolutely no action has been taken.

Kindly help initaite refund to my account asap. Its extremely disappointing to see such ignorance and bad customer service.
The website should be warned for such fraudulent behaviour.

I have placed an order and have also initiated the payment but it has not been confirmed yet and its been almost 12hours also I want to update the delivery address but they customer service doesn't receive my call.

Placed the order on 28th Dec. It's been more than 10 days, and I have no idea where the order is. Please provide status updates. Since I placed the order as guest login, can't see order details on the website.

    Its a fraud company. I have ordered 5 dresses worth inr 8455. But cancelled the same within span of 7 to 8 hours. But beyondpink imhas refused to take it into consideration that they have recieved any intimation of money being transferred to thier account. And they are not even replying my mails. I have all the proofs of payment done and payumoney settling the amount with beyondpink. But still they refusing to refund the money. I want my money back. Else i will take legitimate action against this company.

    Mam first of all you will have to consider two things after making order we can't cancel the order, it's all in PayUMoney hands only they can cancel the order.and if we have received the money we will definitely deliver the order

      This is the most disgusting service i have ever encountered for online shopping. You do not have the decency to even respond to the customer calls, messages and emails. Why do you even mention a phone number on your site, when you are not interested in answering the calls? When the phone rings, you guys disconnect the call. Where are your manners?

      Order no : 11066. Order placed on 2nd october 2018. Payment made online while placing the order.

      Only lies and fake promises. No call back with status even after promising to do so. Terrible service.

      Am definitely not recommending this site to anybody and will ensure that i don't ever order from here again, in this lifetime.

      It is very surprising that it takes over 15 days, for the parcel to reach from delhi. Even if the delivery boy crawls all the way from delhi, he should have reached by now.

      As mentioned earlier, incase i do not receive my parcel within the next two days ie by friday, 19th october, 2018, i will be forced to go to the consumer court and file a complaint and then we shall meet in court.

      Hopefully, i shall receive a response to this and my parcel too, asap.

        I had placed an order with three dresses from this website with and I prepaid for the order. The date of order was - 10/6/2018. I have still not received the order. I have tried calling them so many times, but in all in vain. They answer the call and tell me that they will call back in 10 minutes and never call back.
        I have been writing mails to them almost every alternate day to check upon the same, but they hardly bother to answer the mails also.
        The customer harassment is at the peak with them, they themselves don't know about their shipments and order status.

        I want my money back.

          You guys just making fool of peoples... They dont even have returning policy... Coz i have ordered as a guest used of that site... I have ordered one piece dress and they have given me skirt and top. My product were of 2000rs and the product they have given is of 1800rs.. When i am trying to call number is switch off i am trying their number whole day... What should i do now... I want what i ordered... Or just tell me how to return it and give me my money back.

            I am from guwahati and they messed up my orders and didn't even try to make it right. I kept calling and texting them but they only gave me false hope and nothing else. They sent a totally different dress to me and keep saying that the dress will be delivered but nothing really happens😡😡😤😤bakwas, faltu, apna paisa bachao mat order karo. Bakra banate hain logo ko even after 3 months or so no results have been seen and they keep telling me that process kar diya hain and all that. At least sach kehne ki to himmat rakho. 1500 rs down the drain. It was my hard earned money and i am only 18. These people are thugs. Don't order you don't want to waste money do you??

            First of all u have extra dress with you, courier company said you are not giving them the wrong dress back to them so how can they deliver you the new dress. So rather than posting false things try to solve issues at your own side.and u have extra dress with you of same amount so we dont have ur money with us and stop posting wrong things on Internet just because you are a customer.
            We have a proof that you have an extra dress of same amount and we can even file a case against you for posting wrong things on social media

              I ordered a hoody in winters and after so many days when i didn't get i wrote email but htere was no answer then i called the customer care number they said why u waited so long why didn't you call, that email id was wrong.

              Its been 4 months, i haven't got my order yet and they said in an email response that they will refund the money but still nothing happened and now they are not responding on emails.

                I had received this dress on 23/08/2016. How ever it was not as shown on their shopping site. Therefore i had requested for return, the owner said we will not return the but we can replace it with some other dress. She said the another dress which you want will come in stock on 7/09/2016. I had called her several times and even messaged her however she never replied. I had even commented on her facebook page but she changed the settings and i was not able to comment as well.
                Dress is of 1500 rs.

                They show pictures of dresses and try to make dress similar as shown in those pictures.

                Worst shopping site ever. Would never shop again or refer any body.
                I need my money back or a new dress. She said you can replace the dress 10 times till the time you are satisfied. But when i call here she never replies.

                Please look into this.
