spykar trouser regarding colour fade

This is to inform u that i have bought a trouser of spyker from your outlet at Saharaganj Mall Lucknow about 2 months ago...I wear this only one time and after that I put it in to the rack with proper cover and raping. And its colour faded and some spots can be seen on trouser.. Overall it's a colour issue... I complaind about this issue to local store on where i bought this and they (Store) said they will complain about this to company......

t shirt color fade in one wash

I have brought tshirt on 23/6/2017 in one wash color has fade i showed the t shirt to store manager he replied me that we are not responsible on offer product is they are selling original or duplicate then he replied that they are original then he kept t shirt for 25 to 30 days then he replied that you must take care of washing this is not the proper response from company staff

This is to inform you that I Gaurav got problem in one of your merchandise (spykar jeans) (blue colour) purchased from laxmi nagar v3s mall at delhi, 4 month ago in which the colour is being started fading within a 4-5 wash, I am regular customer spykar jeans and I am facing such a huge problem then wats the use of wearing any brand product. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the mishandling of my return request for two pairs of jeans I purchased from your official e-commerce website on August 24th, 2023. My order number is SPY38743. The items, Spykar Men Light Blue Cotton Stretch Regular Fit Narrow Length Clean Look Mid Rise Jeans-(Rover) and Spykar Men Carbon Black Cotton Stretch Comfort Fit Straight Length Clean Look Mid Rise Jeans, were delivered on August 30th, 2023.

I promptly initiated a return/exchange request for both pairs due to faulty fitting as soon as I received the items. However, the entire process has been marred by inadequate information, lack of communication, and partial refund, leaving me utterly dissatisfied with the service provided by Spykar.

My main points of concern are:

1. Delayed Pickup: The pickup for the return was conducted a month after the initial request, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

2. Partial Refund with No Explanation: On September 25th, 2023, I received an email informing me of a partial refund of Rs. 1, 934 out of the total paid amount of Rs. 3, 432. However, there was no explanation provided for the non-refund of the second pair of jeans, Spykar Men Carbon Black Cotton Stretch Comfort Fit Straight Length Clean Look Mid Rise Jeans. The product was collected from me, yet no refund was processed for it.

3. Lack of Communication and Contact Information: There is no contact number provided on your website or any other means to directly contact your customer service team. Additionally, I have previously emailed my complaint, but no reply has been received.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. As a loyal customer of Spykar, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited in this situation. I expected a seamless process and clear communication, which unfortunately has not been the case.

I urgently request the following actions to be taken:

1. Immediate and Full Refund: I demand an immediate and full refund of the remaining amount for the second pair of jeans, as well as an explanation for the partial refund.

2. Improved Communication: Please ensure timely and transparent communication regarding the status of my refund.

3. Enhanced Customer Support: Provide a contact number where I can directly reach your customer service team to discuss and resolve this issue.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and importance it deserves. Such service discrepancies are unexpected from a reputed brand like Spykar. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and uphold the brand's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

          I had Place 2 Nos Spykar jeans vide order no SPY 39382 Dated 31st August 2023 and received on 1st September and the same has been cancel on dated 7th September 2023 but still nobody came to collect the same, kindly arrange to pick the delivered item asap as status shows in my Account i.e return request raised vide ref #RET 4106 plz arrange to pick the same asap and refund my amount

                I bought jeans from spykar outlet of prahladnagar on 4th december 2022 and requested for alteration . Executive Renuka confirmed that she will call me back on Monday 5th December however there was no call from her until 7th December. On 7th December when I visited showroom during lunch time I was informed that waist wasn't altered and said that it was missed by her manager Himanshu. I was in need today to wear this jeans and bought jeans for an occasion but despite of my request they denied the delivery and said it will be done tomorrow 8th December .
