Beyoung — Complaint Regarding Return Pickup Delay and Policy Issue

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that I had purchased some clothes from your app earlier. However, I wanted to return a few of the items. Your customer executive had contacted me regarding the return, but the pickup has still not been completed.

Now, due to the delay from your side, the 7-day return policy period has been exceeded, and today I am unable to place the return request. This situation has occurred only because the pickup was not arranged on time, even after your team had connected with me.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange the return pickup at the earliest or provide an alternative solution. I believe this issue should not affect my return eligibility, as the delay was not from my side.

Please treat this as urgent and help resolve my query as soon as possible.
