Complaint Against Beyoung – Wrongful Rejection of Exchange Request
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Beyoung for mishandling my exchange request.
I had placed an exchange request for an item purchased from Beyoung. However, when the delivery boy arrived for pickup, he stated that he could not view the required photos of the item and, on that basis, rejected my exchange order. This rejection was completely unjustified as I had followed all the necessary steps correctly from my side.
Due to this negligence, I have suffered mental harassment, inconvenience, and delay in resolving my genuine request. Despite paying the full amount as a customer, I have been denied the rightful service.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take strict action against Beyoung and direct them to:
1. Re-initiate my exchange immediately without further delay.
2. Ensure that such unfair practices are not repeated with any customer.
3. Compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
I am attaching my Order ID[protected], payment proof, and related communication for your reference.
