complaint about mobile oneplus 6t I have deal with but cant get that and my money also

I saw a ad in quikr about one plus 6t mobile phone and i talk with the dealer sanjay singh then he offered me 17000 and then i made payment of 1050 that he told that is curier cost then made a 5199 he said that is formaliti charge and it will be refunded, then at next day his curier boy told to made half payment and i also made that agin he told to pay full payment, i also made that a total of 23250 rupees i paid him trough net bankig. What is this happening with the name of indian army please do something help me out of it. I'm a student and from middle calss family please call me if anyone know about this [protected]/[protected] (Whatsaap). Please tell me how to get refund of money if anyone knows...

We are working with Bhagat Hari Singh Charitable hospital, V.P.O.. Dadyal, near Saila Khurd, Teh.Garhshanker, Distt.Hoshiarpur(PB) from April 2011 to till date as a Hospital Staff.Establishment id DL/JAL/[protected]
Our Pf amount was not deposited from November 2013 to till date.
Kindly take up this matter with this company and help our in getting our PF dues.
