My PF No is MH/BAN/46257/40665 please help me to transfer or withdraw .

Hello my name is shagun. Recently i was selected for tele executive post in hdfc but when i was selected kabir sir has sent me the offer letter and also take the payment from me. From that day your team is taking money from me in different accounts and also i am not getting any joining letter. They are saying there are some issues going on. till now i have given them 1, 37, 283 rupees. i want refund.

I am also getting a threat calls from an advocate, n the employers phone is switched off ..

I have got a message feom kely job services that had a job with that we can earn upto 6000 a week she ask to submit your adhar card and email i submitted too. Then for clarification i searched on YouTube about that then i realized it was a fraud they are misusing the data by sending legal notice.

Hi Team,

I started my PF Transfer process a month back, where in my claim was rejected couple of times, due to reason of high wages. My grivance request was also rejected by PF Office saying they need 3A form and now not getting any reply from Kelly PF Team. Neither HR is reverting on that email they are also part of the emails.

Can anyone here please help to resolve this issue? Below is my last email which i shared to them.

I tried to reach your helpline number - M (+91) [protected] & Sharath Number but both are coming busy since yesterday. I am waiting for your updates on this, how much time it will take?

Also, I discussed this issue with my current employer, and they suggested doing the below steps.

1) You need to Prepare the 3A Form & Submit it to the PF office.
2) Get an acknowledgment copy from PF Office for 3A Form submission & acceptance.
3) After summiting that we can raise another claim with the 3A form acknowledgment copy.

Let me know if anything is required from my side on this. Waiting for your response.

I've reached out to this organization several times for work and the recruiters here at Kelly will not assist me at all! They don't call back or return phone calls! They just simply don't care!

Through this website I got a link which was fake showing job vacancy and the person with following contact no [protected] has cheated me and I have lost my 25k money.I request you to note this complaint on priority and also take the action on this person immediately and I also request you to refund my money as this was a fraud case.

The advocate called me regarding the work of data entry operator and I am getting calls from this number[protected]

They have given me a work and they are not responding about the work and they are complaining me about the work not done

They have given me the data for work and they switched off their mobiles and not intimated the work for the given time period

Hi this is sanjay kumar. I have joined kelly in feb 2018 after 1+ year i have some personal problem in my family and also during the problem my mobile was damaged hence i was unable to update the same with my manager and results is as abscond, my last day was 13 july 2019. I have send mail to kelly and asked my experience letter but kelly was denied to provide my experience and releasing letter. As per abscond case i don't want my releasing letter but i need my experience letter for those prior which i have served with kelly but he deny every time and kelly playing game with my career. My name is rahul and am working with kelly services from 15th jan 2018 till 3rd april 2019 as a employees my work location is accenture + jll, sec 21 gurgaon as a helpdesk exicutive. On 25th of march 2019 i have raised a question to jll they are fail to answer me abot my over time. My working hours is 9.5 * 6 is this according to law?? 57 hours in a week?? I have raised a question to accenture jll they are not answered me. Then my mother company kelly services involved in this and when i have asked for my over time they were asking we don't have records you should have to provide the details of over time. How can i provide them records. Even after asking my question they has changed my working location without any reason which is not mentioned any where. Am not agreed for that they refused to pay my overtime.
And am here for help and if this is not a right place. Then i ll file a case in labour court.

My name is sooraj prajapati and i am your former employee. I quit your company in 2015 but i still did not get my pf money because my aadhaar card is pending to update at epfo portal and it can be done only by you. I have done many tries to update same but i could be not done by me as well as i tried to do it in manage service drop down at epfo portal then the request sent to employer by epfo. You every time reject my request (I tried it for 3times). Finally, i request you kindly do update my aadhaar card. I could also see your service is very slow, you do not reply very fast. Resolve my issue as soon as possible. You are the last hope for me.
