Bhanzu — Refund not issued even after following up for more than a month

It is profoundly disappointing that a company associated with Neelakantha Bhanu, renowned as the world's fastest human calculator, would engage in actions that deceive individuals of their finances.
I enrolled my daughter in Bhanzu Mathematics classes with the assurance from the Bhanzu team that if I found the classes unsatisfactory within the initial 20 sessions, I could request a refund. Regrettably, the classes my daughter attended did not meet the expected standards, lacking in innovative teaching methods. As a result, I sought a refund at the end of November. Despite initial discussions with the customer support executive and the learning manager, who assured me of addressing my refund request promptly, subsequent attempts to contact them have been futile. It appears that I may have been blocked by the learning manager, as all communication attempts have been unsuccessful.
This situation is unacceptable. It represents an act of blatant deception, promising services that the company fails to deliver. The prevalence of similar grievances from other parents, evident in consumer complaints against Bhanzu, further emphasizes the distressing pattern of withholding promised refunds and subjecting customers to undue hardship.
This conduct raises serious concerns about accountability and the company's ethical practices. I am left wondering about the avenues available to hold these individuals accountable for their fraudulent actions and uphold consumer rights against such deceptive practices.

Guys, I urge all of you who have been deceived off their money just like me to post on Linkedin and various other social media platforms. It is disheartening to observe the lack of responsiveness from Bhanzu, and I believe it is imperative to raise awareness about such incidents. By collectively raising awareness, we can ensure that others are not susceptible to the same unfortunate experiences. it is crucial to convey to Bhanzu that they cannot operate without accountability or consequences for their actions.
