Bhanzu is not providing us a cancellation refund despite we not starting the classes. Within 24 hours of paying, we asked for a refund as we would be unable to go ahead due to personal circumstances. This is a clear case of service cancallation within 24 hours, however, Bhanzu wants us to take 20 classes without which they cannot give a refund. We don’t intend to take any classes and hence we want the full cancellation to the processed....

We enrolled our son for the classes. They chased us on weekend to get them to pay asap. We paid. We didn’t see any results. We asked for refund and terminated the class. The excuse given was our son has to complete some assessments as a policy. He duels completed the assessment. They have vanished ever since. Roughly $1600 are pending with them. Pls hold them accountable and help.

I have complaints, over and over but nothing is done, I registered my daughter for maths class since August and uptill now, she is not allocated to any class and also refused to refund my money, the excuse is the student must have 80% attendance before the money can be refunded, how is that possible when she was not allocated to any class...

I had taken subscription from bhanzu for my child.
On 24th august demo class was taken. After that upon thinking that bhanzu will teach advanced maths we took the loan which was arranged by a person from bhanzu. He connected me to fibe people for completing the loan process.
On 1st sept. Fibe sanctioned the loan of 42000/-. loan id is LAI[protected].

After that I didn't get any confirmation mail about course....

I enrolled for 150 Bhanzu classes. I wasn't informed fully during enrollment. After the payment was done, only during webinar they come up with new details of how kid has to view missed classes over pre-recorded videos- NOT something we pay huge amount for, there are million videos for watch-n-learn. They also informed during webinar that they have just 1 long pause for entire course duration which will most likely run for more than 1.5 years....

Very bad service.
They start the program saying you would get refund if you choose to cancel after 20 classes. Every child is different etc. But then when you actually raise concern they turn deaf to you and select Whatsapp as mode of communication.
