[Resolved]  Bhanzu — Bhanzu False Refund Promises

My son joined Bhanzu in 2023. Post the classes after few months, he lost his interest with it. Hence in Sep 2023 have sent an email to Bhanzu support for discontinuation and to provide the refund process. Since then multiple follow emails were sent, but there is no response itself. The counsellor, who was involved for joining, was also not able to connect with support on the refund process internally, as the support stopped responding to her as well.

I have sent them a fiinal email on processing the refund, post which would have to file a legal complaint.

Refund was provided. But not happy with the time taken to resolve the issue. Had to do multiple follow-ups to get the refund.

Since Sep'23 I have initiated the refund request. After all this time, you still need 4-8 weeks for refund. You should be ashamed of even stating this on the portal. While enrolling, you ask for the whole money, but while refunding, you need 4-8 weeks. This is so bad.
