Bharat booking is a loot, i was offered a platinum package and once half payment made they changed my rooms, i was given a 1000 rs room & charged 4500. Think twice before booking with them they will make you pay advance and once paid change all your tour after that they talk arrogantly esp (Mannu rana - their agent who cheated us), you are trapped after payment, i was told my check in was early 8-9 am and the hotel in dharmashala did not allow to check in till 12.30 we had to roam on road and the official rehana, mannu spoke very arrogantly i had all advance payment some 2000 payment balance & they asked the driver to take 2000 or stop the tour which had just started, their driver as he told me was absconding in 304 charge and police was on his hunt & the company never knew about it, the hotel i stayed in dalhousie was changed after i made most of the payment, i asked the hotel owner max room rent was 1100 for which i was charged 4500, filthy rooms broken furniture is what they offer in platinum package. They loot you of good money no guarantee of hotel rooms drivers pathetic service. Please never book with bharat booking they are big frauds.     Worst agency with bad customer service.
    Don't book any tour with this agency.

    We were travelling in andaman islands between 29th jan-4th feb. As per confirmation voucher, it was mentioned holiday inn beach resort (Havelock) deluxe room 4nos (Double) were booked for staying at havlock on 31st jan 2017. But without any intimation, bharat booking has changed the hotel and provided me standard category hotel (El dorido hotel, havlock) instead of providing me premium category hotel. I was trying to connect bbh my tour advisor rashi (+91-[protected]) but she doesn't even bothers to pick up client's call when her client is travelling.

    What type of services you are providing?
    A tour adviser who calls 4 times in a day before payment, doesn't even bother to receive a single call or listen my problem when i was in trouble?

      Worst toor operator i have come across in my entire life, they take all the orders without thinking of catering to them all and mess up on the actual tour. One ms. Tanuja took our order for a visit to delhi, agra and jaipur.. She was only focussed on taking payments everytime.. The day we actually landed in delhi, we were given a cab where the ac was not working. We asked for a english speaking driver but the dirver assigned could not understand a single word in english. He was also very bad in behavior and was demanding money as soon as we boarded the cab. We made a compliant to tanuja and she routed us to one mr. Jiten from cab department.. Who was pathetic. We demanded our cab to be replaced with good driver but it fell in deaf ears, our whole delhi sightseeing was spoiled. Next day they gave a different cab but it arrived at 10:30 am only, in the meanwhile i was given a different number of one ms. Rihana.. She would seldom pick the call and never cared to return our call. Worst.. Pathetic customer service by this team.. Our whole tour after spending 60k was unpleasant and horrible experience to say the least. We only visited two places in delhi and next day tour was messed up as the driver turned late and on the day we had to cover jaipur, we were still in agra. To top it all, a person called up next day to make our remaining payment without even discussing on all the hardships we encountered. We opted for a full package where we need to only take care of our lunch and dinner, but the driver took money from us for every toll. And at the end, i had to do all the calculation of how much money i have for each toll and send it to the bharat booking team so they can tally and tell me how much i need to pay.. See the irony, my tour was messed up and i had to talk to so many persons inbetween and at the end do calculations and explain these guys on what all tolls i paid. Horrible, pathetic experience overall.. My first and last with you guys.. Shame on you!!!

        Vary bad service, plz educat your staff how to speak with the cuatomer. They are very roud and less of knowledge of the company products and policy, i think with this kind of policy and service you can run this company more than a year.

          I had a trip with my family for shimla & we reached well but the driver behavior & attitude was keep irritating us from day 1. I had complaint to our executive that the driver is giving trouble to us & our executive miss neha had also talked to himself also but he was still pressurizing us to move anywhere as per his convenience. We told him also that we have little children and we will go for out when they want to go but he said no. He cheated us also during every visit. We haven't go all the places because he was disturbing us & saying he has to leave, come early. We even haven't seen the mall road properly. Our all tour was lost, money also lost. I am not saying bbh made us trip plan bad. All was good, the executive miss neha was also caring in all the way but the driver made our tour worst.

          At the end, yesterday he left us at airport & fought with us for rs. 350 & saying it is a charges for car cleaning & it is mentioned in iternary but it is not there & i had also complaint to miss neha as well. It is a fraud & that is why i request bharat booking that they have to refund me back.

          We are still awaiting for your response. As discussed with you, we came to know that this case has been forwarded to transporter & now onward they will call the driver to their office & then only get us inform for further decision.

          Could you please look into the matter on priority & inform to us accordingly. It is already 20-21 days has passed.

          Thanks for your call & understand our trouble during the my package for Delhi-Shimla.

          As discussed, I am writing you about a trouble which we had faced during this trip. We had made a booking from Chandigarh to Shimla through BBH, It was good to talk about Miss Neha when she was dealing us for trip package, We discussed with her a lot & she made us a comfortable & customized plan for my trip. I was very much say thanks to Miss. Neha.

          1. The issue had been started in this trip starting from day 1. We had reached to Shimla at 12:00 from Chandigarh & was very much tired, so we asked to the driver that we will go for out after some while then he has the words that go early because he also wants to leave.

          2. We didn’t argue with him & said that will inform you once we are ready to go. We checked-in into the hotel & everything was nice, there was some deviations for our booking in hotel but we called to Miss. Neha & immediately Bharat booking team helped us & talked to them & got resolved but till then the Satyam Paradise staff already welcomed us.

          3. During this trip I was having my family where 2 small kids was there & you can understand that if kids will take 5-6 hours journey then immediately they will not start to go out. But, the driver called us at 2:00 PM again & telling us again& again to go out. We said that we will go after lunch then he again started to do it early. We again stop & didn’t talk to him very much. You will be understand that if you go for a long trip with a family then only can go immediately if family allows.

          4. But we accepted his irritating behavior & I requested my family to please go out otherwise he will again call & call. They understand his behavior & come out with me. .

          5. 5. Now, the next issue came up when we sits in a car he starts asking for money Rs. 9700, which was my rest of payment, I told him that I will not give any cash to anyone to whom I do not know &, It was also discussed with Miss. Neha that I will make only an online payment. He again start to irritate us & said call to your executive, he wants to talk to herself. What a behavior /attitude of this driver. Then, he talked to Miss. Neha & she informed him that they will make online payment. I saw his face, he was angry and, when he drop to the location from where the Ridge+Scandal points again tried us to say come early because he wants to go home & informing us that his duty time is 8 hours. We were surprised, what he wants to tell us.

          6. We were very tired & informed him that we will start our trip for kufri at 11:00 AM tomorrow. But, we have the Chail also in our package, & evening dinner, we came to know that it is far so that we should go early so that we can reach at both the places. Next day we got up early & ready to go & called around 10:00 AM to the driver that we are ready & you may come to us for pickup. He had denied & said I cannot come early as we have told that we will leave at 12:00. We again surprised & told him that we discussed for 11:00 then he again denied. I am asking to Bharat Booking that if he is booked for us for trip & tour then he should not be ready for any time for our pickup. We again irritated & stop arguing with himself.

          7. Because it was already delay to start for Chail then we didn’t go there & spent time only in kufri in a single point, yes off course, we told him that not to go for any other point because it is already delay but we want to go for Jakku Temple. He left us near at ropeway & before getting down he again irritating that we have get down immediately because there is a traffic. I have question from BB that why was he giving service like that? We had a family along with two small kids. He should stops some in convenient place to get down. We again stop to argue & did what he wants

          Yes, maybe you have a question that why were we bearing his irritating behavior?
          Because, there was no option other than that I was holding my family & I do not know that what kind of person he has. In security point view I didn’t argued & did what he wants.

          8. Again, he start irritating when we reached at Jakku temple with the calls. I told him that we are coming down so please wait but he again started that I am getting late. When we reached ropeway mall road then we just think that to go little around Mall road but he again calling & calling & when I picked up the phone then he said come early & I told him, can I jump up from line which is there of ropeway & his answer was “Yes” do it.
          9. Next day he was again late to come & making us fool that there is a traffic but when we go out there was no traffic. After that, we went for Chandigarh & reached but we haven’t seen any points which was promised to us. He shown us a Pajaro kila. And, then went back to hotel.
          10. Next day morning we went for airport wh& when we reached he start asking for Rs. 350 for car cleaning & he said it is there in itinerary . I had also complaint to Miss. Neha also & he assured us that she will talk to him & in BBH also. Today, I got a call from Miss.Neha & she was telling us that he has taken a money because my children had vomited under the car. It is totally laying, yes, one of my children vomits but it was outside the car. What kind of non-sense proof this driver giving to you all. Now you can see, what kind of behavior he was having during our complete visit.

          This is the trip we made it & totally worthless apart from hotel service. I humbly request to BBH that to take strict decision so that no other will get effected.

            Mussorie 3n/4d package - went all fine until i asked the driver to halt for a while as i wanted to click a picture which had attracted my eyes like maaaadddd! It was annoying of the driver to have argued over stopping. He did halt, but after an annoying argument. Keeping it short, i believe the drivers need to be well-trained, just driving skills don't make one a good driver. Please see to it bb.

              We group of 9 friends booked with bharat booking, and would never book with them again would not suggest anyone.
              Staff doesn't have manner to talk to guest, and the driver who was with us for 9 days had no ideas wat are plan. Even he didn't know the route.

              And the worst thing about the tour was... While moving towards auli it was late around 8:00 pm and hence driver stopped the vehicle in middle of road and said he will not go ahead coz routes are closed. When called to customer care they were least bothered to give a proper ans to us... And they said you manage yourself... We were left in middle of something with no help... We asked driver to help us... To look for hotel so much e can stay overnight n leave early mrng.

              Pathetic service!!! And ms. Kavya was the terrible to handle the situation.

              I would never recommend anyone to book from bharat booking.

                Me and my two other friends planned a trip to kerala through bharat booking. I remember it was a bank holiday when i had done the payment and it took the whole day for me to get a notification of payment received or anything like that. Nil response from the other side. However a confirmation message was sent to us the next day. But no, when it's about money. Please see to it

                    My family and i love going on trips. The recent one was arranged by bharat booking services to shimla and kufri. Service was good and the price charged was also fair, but there were certain glitches like the taxi not arriving on time or the food not being adequately warm. That could have been avoided. Such glitches dent the experience of a budget family holiday. All in all, things were good and i wouldn’t mind recommending bharat booking services.

                      This company s totally fake..they make fake commitments to their guests .. regarding sight seeing ..hotel food etc..I would give 2 out of 10 in cleanliness to them ..they have worst condition of bathrooms.. their hotels rooms r stinking badly.water availability was not thr .were not able to get fresh when we reached to their hotel in manali ..hotel manager was soo rude with us .he didn't help us in giving water to us ..my husband somehow arranged water 4 both o[censored]s..their staff s themselves not sure about the itineraries. firstly their staff agreed to cover all d places mentioned n d itinerary but later on they disagree to take us to those places.their staff act as beggars to tourists ..they spoiled our whole trip by calling us frequently to pay d remaining amount as if we r going to run frm thr .their senior executive used abusive words ... strict action should be taken against them...

                        Hi,
                        My name is Rajni Soni and I had booked an all inclusive tour package from Delhi-Dalhousie-Delhi via cab from Bharat booking. PFB my experience.
                        Pre-booking: My tour adviser was Akriti. When I asked for AC cab, she informed me that AC doesn’t work on hills. To which I replied that I need a cab that can run AC on all surfaces, planes and hills included. Akriti agreed to it and only after obtaining my preferences (verbally) she sent me quotations.
                        The other person I spoke with was Abhishek. I categorically asked for more images of hotel to ensure a comfortable stay. Abhishek kept on delaying it till the journey date and I didn’t receive additional images despite paying 50% advance (17500/-)
                        Day 1: (23rd June): We requested driver to pick us up at 08:30 considering the long weekend. Driver arrived at our place at 10 pm. When I called him he said that he was coming from Lodhi garden and the maximum time they keep is an hour in advance. Despite knowing the traffic he didn’t bother to start early. Due to his negligence, we hit the peak traffic at several spots and reached to our first stop ‘Sukhdev’ around 1am. The cab was dirty and was stinking (despite my asking the driver to ensure a clean cab). Front AC was not even working despite me paying for an AC cab. (Driver’s name was Satnam singh and cab # was PB01 6873)
                        The driver stopped the cab first at some ‘Pehalwan’ motel which was of his liking and insisted we take our meal there. When we refused he said ‘As you wish but I am eating here’ and disappeared for 30 minutes. Generally, drivers eat where passengers are eating to avoid delay.
                        We started from Sukhdev around 2 am. As Sun came up, heat started to increase. We touched the hills around 12pm. Driver then stopped the AC saying it is not allowed on hills. Considering that I was suffering from nausea and was feeling very sick, I requested him to let the AC run and we can pay him extra. He being the stubborn one, refused to cooperate and turned the car off altogether on the side on the road under scorching sun. He insisted that we first speak with the company, which we would have but there was no network and he refused to budge despite knowing that we can’t make the call. My husband got upset because I was getting sicker by minute. He argued with driver and somehow got the cab started. We had back & forth conversations with Bharatbooking executives but they went back on their words and said AC won’t be allowed. Finally after several heated arguments, they allowed it.
                        We reached our hotel ‘The Nest’ around 4pm. The hotel was little better than a public lodge with dirty bathrooms, broken switch boards and dead bugs in our room. Hotel also doesn’t have any cook or chef. The room boys cook the meals served to guests. We had to ask the hotel to get the washrooms cleaned again and bedsheets changed so that we can at least sleep. The night meal that was served had undercooked Chicken (which is against the food compliance) and the waiter kept on forgetting our order. Despite several reminders he forgot a dish from our order and we ended up in having a very dissatisfactory meal. We walked to Gandhi Chowk on our own and came back walking because our driver was throwing tantrum and refused to drive us (Mind it this was a full time cab). We walked about 7 KMs because of that unprofessional driver.
                        Day 2: We started the day at 11am from hotel to proceed to Khajjiar. My husband who is a tall man had his leg folded and the heal of his boot was touching the seat. I understand a correction was in order but we were the customers and were paying for a pleasant trip. Instead of talking nicely the driver was arrogant enough to shout on my husband and brother and got into an argument. He again pulled the cab aside and turned off the ignition. After extremely heated argument he asked us to board the cab. My husband who was on other side of the road came to the passenger side but your driver locked the door and started the cab leaving my husband outside. When we pulled the handbreak, only then he stopped the cab and let my husband come-in. Due to this fiasco we lost 2.5 hours and reached Khajjiar at 4:30 pm. Traffic had peaked by then and we walked 3 kms to reach Khajjiar. We came back from Khajjiar around 9pm. Since we now knew the quality of food waiting at hotel, we decided to skip the dinner at hotel and decided to eat out. When we came out of the restaurant, the driver was nowhere to be found. He left us stranded at the Gandhi Chowk and refused to pick us up. We paid 500/- to a local taxi to come back because we had already walk enough for the day. When we reached hotel, we found that the driver had dumped all of our belongings at the reception and was nowhere to be seen. We called him and he said he is parked down the road.
                        Day 3: We got up, had another dissatisfactory breakfast of over salty omelets. When we called driver, we got to know that he has left us stranded there and had left for Punjab. We called Akriti, who said that they won’t be sending us another driver unless we pay the remaining amount upfront. I was apprehensive of paying any more amounts without reaching safely home. I told Abhishek and then to Naveen that I will pay the remaining amount once I enter to Gurgaon. I just wanted to make sure that I am not abandoned on mid-way and driver doesn’t elope with our money. Mind it our previous driver took 5000/- advance from us and left us in hotel room. We were 650 KMs from our home, and in a bind because of a strike going on. We made several calls to Bharatbooking but Akriti stopped taking my calls Naveen said that not only they are not sending any cab, we also have to pay 12000 to hotel and then arrange our own transport (for which I had already paid)
                        After arguing with your feedback department for good 30 minutes, they called the hotel and waived the charges. It took us 6 hours to arrange for a back-up cab and costed us 14000/- with hell lot of inconvenience. I reached to Gurgaon at 4am in the morning, exhausted, starved and stressed all because of Bharat booking’s unprofessionalism in handling my booking right from the beginning.

                        BB was recommended to me by a friend of mine. It was good but I guess there's a scope of more efficiency in service. Certain glitches like taxi not arriving on time or delay in food could be avoided, although everything else was good yet these glitches should not happen. Erm... 7/10

                          Services could be better
                          My friends and i wanted to try out some cool adventure sports on our trip so we made booking for solang valley and kullu manali from bharat booking. We went for sightseeing in manali and paragliding in solang and had a lot of fun. But there were instances where the services could have been more better. Our bus travel was not that comfortable. First the bus was half an hour late from delhi. Even the places where the bus stopped to eat were not hygienic. All the other services provided by them were good and were really coordinating. Please do better bus booking next time. Rest was fine.

                            I observed the manager Mr. Atul was facing some problems while replying to our queries. Though I could see he was trying his best to answer, but there was some nervousness in his replies which made the the booking process little bit lengthy. If he is new, please train him properly. Rest all the services were good and Bharat Booking really made our journey pleasant.

                              I planned a vacation with my office colleagues and decided to visit Kullu Manali. It was a week long trip and we booked our tour through Bharat booking holidays.
                              They promised to cover everything from our bus bookings to hotel bookings and our itinerary around the week. The services provided by them were reasonably priced and decent.
                              However, in some instances, the cab driver they arranged was not punctual due to which we missed some attractions. Although the whole trip was good but these glitches must be improved from their side to make the experience better.

                                They do not care your safety, they will give you a horrible situation to think come again or not, or book the holiday with any other agent, so from my side there is a big no or this bharat booking holiday, they can leave you in any danger position, with a life threat, they do not care who are you, you have family or not, they do not care, they are just money minded people.

                                Average service, although the glitches were not deal breaking yet they could have been avoided. Certain logistical errors like the taxi not reaching on time or improper planning dents the wholesome experience. I am sure the staff will improve it real soon. Otherwise the other things were taken care of properly.

                                  Satisfactory Services
                                  My parents wanted to visit Vaishno Devi from Manali. A sudden plan with a short notice made me look up the internet for tour operators. After a quick search I advised them to visit Bharat Booking at their office in Manali. And within no time my parents got a package booked best suited to their needs and left for Vaishnodevi. I heaved a sigh of relief. The overall service provided by them was decent.

                                    I went on honeymoon to Kerala through Bharat booking.. I urged many times for Hindi speaking driver but yet provided one neither knew Hindi nor fluent in English..Yet I have not made complaints and adjusted somehow.. Bharat booking guys were frequently calling for any difficulties and they sent me SMS for contact details of supporting persons..But when I really required their help in Kovalam for hotel problems, nobody has answered me.. First I called Aditi Thakur through whom I have booked package..She told me to manage one day anyhow and promised me to rectify problem on next day. I also contacted Mr George, a local representative from BB, he too promised me to call back within 15 minutes but never called. I tried again lot but he didn't pick up a single phone. Next day Aditi has done same thing. I never saw such poor and unprofessional approach towards customers. I was offered Golden package (Silver is cheaper) but none of the hotel/rooms except in kanyakumari and thekkady met golden package. We understood that problems in trip are not in their hands but good response and solutions at least we expect from them. But they left us alone in trauma when we really needed them..and for which we have paid them.. I tell you not to plan your valuable and precious holiday packages through Bharat Booking...
