Hello, travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai todat21.4.24.The seats shown online was different 1St row, what I actual travelled is the last row.
During on borading, when I asked they told as per the current bus seat no, you have to sit. Even though I argue they didn't understand, finally I yravellef in the last row. I paid 1200rs .

Very very worst service, worst behaviour. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed .

I am expecting legal action and justice.

This OMNI Bus travels is most 3rd class,
Such as
1. after booking departure time it will late arrival for pickup
2. Bus condition and amenities are badlay maintain
3. High risk in Driver due to whole destination from - to provide Only one driver
4. Mentioned as destination reaching time but late by 2 hours
5. All the pickup point driver should stop the engine and pick the laggege loading

And ac is not working proper
No door for ac vent
Leg side of ac working
Face side not working
Totally waste my money and geted full body pain

Passengers are taking in bus 9PM and Trichy reached 6.15 AM.

Every bus stop parking half hour and filling bus seats...

Very worst travel... They don't have website and proper contact number. But our government allowing like this bus travels.

AC in the bus is dripping all over the seat. I was not able to sleep the whole night because of water dripping

Customer service is also the worst. The attender, when complained ordered me to sleep there and said no other way. Why the hell should i pay 1000 bucks and sleep allover a water pool.

What kind of management they have

It's a absolutely fake travels which is running in Bangalore and wrong number was provided in the ticket and the travels was closed in Bangalore.
Our AC sleeper bus was booked through red bus from Bangalore to Chennai on 26th December 2021 at afternoon 2 pm and we where waiting for it until 4 pm we called the travels number which was provided on the ticket by the shama sardar travels a pickup the call and responsed as a wrong number later we visited the shama sardar travel agency in kalasipalya Bangalore and it's closed and I have bad experience from this travel agency and I have lost my money from this fraud travels

I happen to travel from thiruvarur to chennai. Though the bus was suppose to reach by 10:30 pm, it reached nearly 2hours late. Whenever we tried reaching to he driver he had the same response as would come in 30 min. Stood waiting on the road with my kid stuff such untime. It was an ac sleeper coach. Mine was 1 seat before the last seat. When i laid down, i realized there was no suspension in the seat and had to bounce up n down. At one stage a baby from upper seat happened to fell down n i got hit by the nearby rod. The lady n her husband then left the bus. It was a horrible and to life threatened travel. After crossing chidambaram, we were able to smell gas leakage n when asked, the driver's response was.. It's a usual one. Then i heard that the oil tank was leaking. I with my kid got down in between as travelling this bus would be risking our life.in the name of bus, i feel they are digging a graveyard for the passenges. Please never ever travel in this bus.

One of the worst travel companies ever. They cancel trips in the last minute and ask you to board terrible low grade buses. Sometimes they ask you to share a birth with unknown passengers. Company refuses to give refunds. Inspite of multiple complaints shama sardar management doesn’t take any action. I have faced this at chennai as well as in bengaluru. This company has no work ethics.

I booked my bus for bangalore to chennai at 11.45 morning. I went there at madiwala as it was the mentioned boarding point for me. When i tried to call on that travel's (Shama sardar travels) phone number, one of the number was coming switched off and the other out of service. So no sign of bus coming to that point. I payed and booked that # bus. Even the dealer of that travels who was sitting on the office dont have any information about that travels. What they thought that passengers are fool or what.!? I want my money to be refunded in my account asap.

The bus was scheduled to be started at 10.50pm from Coimbatore. Bus the bus started only at midnight 12.30 only. When all the passengers started shouting only they moved the bus. Some of them in the bus were on a emergency. Bus the cleaner of the bus locked the door from outside and did not even mind us inside the bus. Also for drivers comfort they halted bus at 2 stops in midnight.

I had taken a scania multi axle bus of shama travels to thrissur from bangalore. They said they will wake me up and let me know. I asked the conducter and the driver multiple times to remind me and they said its fine they will do it. But i was suspicious and set an alarm for 5:30 am., they said they will reach at 6 am. When i woke up to the alarm i realise i was way far from homde. When i asked the driver and conducter why didn't they inform me they said they woke up everyone. But i was not! Then just after getting off the bus the conducter started calling me names and harrassing me and left. I had to take a local bus and travel 2 hours to reach my place

I have booked a bus from bangalore to chennai for 7th april. they called me up on 6th evening and said bus break down and will give refund and you book on your own, its festive time. no buses are available to book and the travel people talking all impolite words if we ask strongly. to worst ever i have experienced

i have booked for 600 and now they cancelled and no ticket is available under 1600. simply looting money. worst people. want their buses all to be broke down not one and they should close their shop with great loss. will pray that all misfortune should happen to them.

Shama sardar travel is fraud and cheater travel comapny in chennai.
Yesterday i approch them for travel toward pune from chennai. One muslim person was there told me that i will book two tickets, one of ac volvo sleeper from chennai to bangalore. Second ticket for bangalore to pune in double axle sleeper volvo. Both are connecting buses. And he charged me 2700 rupees. After payment he give me place in 2x2 ac bus. Normally ticket is 600 rupees. Bus was jp travels. That driver told me nxt stop we will change your seat in sleeper. After one hour he told me very rudely if you wnt to come today to bangalore you have to come in this bus only . And he shouted on me, threaten me. After surrender of mine in front of all that cheater luxury travel agents they gave me last backsides seat. As we reach before bangalore 18 kilometer they told me you have to step down here, thisbus not going anymore. I steped out and asked somebody to go to another travel bus agency office. After searching two hours by rickshaw and bus i got next travel agency. As i reach there office was closed. I was there at 7 am and that shama sardar agency told me timing of next bus was 8 am. After 8 am office person was came and told me repeatedly that none of bus going before 1 pm. And he told me that your booking for bus is 8 pm not am. That fraud cheater muslim person from shama sardaar travel has cheated me like anything. I requested sai neeta travel to modify my booking to 1 pm from 8 pm. He charged me 500 rupees. For ticket time resheduling. As bus came at 1 pm attendant of bus asked me 300 rupees for seat confirmation. Othrwise he was not ready to give me seat for that bus. Then i also saw that bus was sleeper volvo ac, charge of that bus was 1000 rupees.
This time wasting money wasting experience from that one and only shama sardar travel agency office from pyramid chowk signal, chennai. They almost cheated me for more than 2000 rupees.

The worst experience I ever had. On Dec 13th 2015 Sunday, I have booked Shama Sardar Travels from Krishnagiri to Chennai by boarding at 5:30 PM, as all the travels are sold out, I am left only with this travels. Here it starts, They don't have a proper boarding point, we were waiting in a Toll Gate, on the open road, not a shade or a place to sit. It was 4 hour late, and not a proper commitment from the Travels source. Every time I called, got an irresponsible comment "Bus will be there in 30 mins". Above all that they did not pick us, despite frequent remainder to the driver that we are waiting. They went right past us. Reason we found out is that they have sold our seats to someone else. We chased about 10 KM and caught the bus to board it. After half an hour of quarrel with the driver and the attendant, they provided our seats and the other passenger who has taken our seats were let to set with the driver. Why does Redbus still encourage these kind of travels, don't Redbus realize that these travels shatter the customer's trust they have on you!

We booked Chennai to Coimbatore on Jan 23rd, 2016 via RedBus, The Sharma Sardar bus broke down near Tambaram aroun 12am (Within 30mins of travel from Koyambedu). All the passengers waited for 5 hrs and finally had a huge fight with Bus Admin team and got verbal approval to book travels van and they will reimburse the money when we reach CBE . We booked two vans, left at 5am and reached Coimbatore around 2pm. There is no communication from the Chennai guys to Coimbatore and we were told that we need to wait till evening to collect partial money and then collect rest at Chennai. With great team work from the passengers, after 4 hrs of arguments, some news channels and police arrived at the scene finally settling the issue. the company reimbursed the money at 6pm.


Just to quote one rude statement- The company official challenged one of the female passengers to go to High Court when she pleaded about stranding in the road middle of the night and didn't sleep or eat till 14hrs and asking to reimburse the ticket cost. Horrible Horrible service. Shama Sardar Travels is a rude, arrogant, cheating company with no ethics and operating rules. They will cheat you daylight and have the arrogance to mock you in such pathetic situations.
