It looks like bharatbooking has been just money making company & not worried about customer satisfaction.
We went to kerala including 2 sr. Citizen, myself, wife & one 2 year child & see below is our bad experience in the tour.

Till booking they follow us, but once initial booking is done, then we have to follow them. Most of the time the booking person will not be available with her (Tour advisor - ruby bhatia - [protected]) mobile phone. They will busy in meetings. And even after meeting they will not call you back.
This is completely unethical business practices to make only money.

Completely irresponsible staff in bharatbooking.
When we reach to ernakulam junction (Ers), the driver started demanding for payment. This was not even informed to us by bharatbooking to pay any amount to the driver.

1) "emerald inn" munnar on 4th nov 2016 :-
Worst rooms provided in emrald in hotel which is underground -3 floor where complete suffocation, very difficult to breathe even.
We cannot even open the windows as lots of waste outside & dirty smell.
The hotel staff applied room freshener in order to remove the dirt smell.
Insufficient lighting in rooms (Only 2 small bulbs). Even lights/electricity gone 3-4 times and my child started crying.
The room phone service is not working so every time you have to go personally 3 floors up & contact them.
Washroom shower not working. Mosquitoes inside room.
Free wifi is not connected, very less bandwidth.
Spend 2 hours & money wasted in calls with bharatbooking to sort out this issue before check-in to hotel.
The hotel owner requested to spend the night here & next day morning he will shifted us to another property i. E. 'hightrange inn'. This has been confirmed from bharatbooking as well.

2) "highrange inn" munnar on 5th nov 2016 :-
Wasted our half day for shifting from "emerald inn" hotel to "highrange inn" hotel in munnar
The toilets are leaked from the backside. When you apply flush water comes out from the backside.
Wash basins also leaked.

3) the driver (Naushad[protected] was driving with completely irresponsible behavior. We have luckily saved almost twice from the accident.
As per the agreed tour itinerary, we supposed to cover photo point, jungle honey bee nest, madupetty dam/lake, dtpc boating, elephant arrival spot, cinema shooting point, echo point, gundalalake, spice plantation, pothamedu sunset view in munnar.
But he has covered "rajmachi" only for 5 hours. (2 hours in queue for bus & 3 hours for sight visiting). By doing this he gets rest & his diesel is also saved. He is a big cheater.

4) "charles premier inn" thekkady on 6th nov 2016 :-
Here we were, completely surprised when we reached in a hotel, they told us your booking is not confirmed. The bharatbooking driver also surprised as he had details to shift us in "charles premier inn" hotel.
After communicating with bharatbooking, finally come to know that our hotel stays is changed to "horn bill cottage". This has been not confirmed with us initially.
Completely messes up. We have again wasted 2 hours to get all these clarifications.

5) "horn bill cottage" thekkady on 6th nov 2016 :-
"horn bill cottage" is not a hotel it's a cottage.
Tube light is not working. Only one light is working.
Lots of mosquitoes & lizard are moving inside the room.
Only a single person who is very rude in nature, giving the service by calling on his mobile number or going down to call him personally.
We have waited for 45 minutes to get hot water for a bath but the water heater is not working at all.
For breakfast, tea with bread provided.

6) ac deluxe houseboat alleppey on 7th nov 2016
This is the lowest grade ordinary houseboat where diesel smells inside the room.
When we started ac in the night, it's gas started leaked out and the lights are gone for 30 minutes. We moved out of room & finally come to know that ac cannot be started.
Lots of mosquitoes and lizard moves on ceiling when we go to bed.

How can a family with 2 year child and 2 senior citizens stay here?
This is really bad experience with hotels provided & not covered the places which has been agreed by bharatbooking company.

    I have travelled to Shimla via bharat booking...they are the worst service provider ever...i have all the mail details which i have asked and they promise that the will fulfil the requirement but what they did...they collected the money and gave us a big lesson that you should never book your travel through them. they are so mismanaged...once you have made the payment you have to follow him for everything...they wont provide you all the details..

    we asked them to book a ticket to chandigarh(it was for a girl). Mr. Sagar and Ms. Monika booked it for delhi and said that this volvo goes via chandigarh but it didn't and at middle of night, in ambala we got to know that this bus was not suppose to go via chandigarh and she has to travel back to chadigard via some othe bus... i called mr. Sagar and informed him he said galti se ho gaya and monika ne book kiya...

    Be careful if you are considering barat booking for your travle...they will spoil your mood, travel and precious time which you want to spend with your family and friends

Deep we were telling to you from starting only that there's no Volvo Bus directly from Chandigarh to Shimla in afternoon but you insisted on booking the Volvo bus and on your continous requests only we booked night Volvo and for it you can't blame us. And mam we on the spot cancelled your Volvo bus and refunded the amount to you and it was not at all our fault. Please see that all was planned on your request and we from starting told you that there's no Volvo bus from Chandigarh...

    Recently i got a Shimla package from BharatBooking and i didn't get any trouble with them. I got this package from Rubi and she supported a lot. Our Volvo and Hotel details sent by her on timely. Cab was provided timely without any delay.
    Allover my trip was good.

      1. People would be so sweet and assuring until u book and den it turns out to be nightmare. I sent my parents for trip for shimla Chandigarh and what a nightmare!!! It started before trip beginning... The tour guide was on leave for the day according to the company so no one have any clear information about who is the person who is gone pick up and no car details ..they just diverted my calls here n der and to get cabs details i had to stick to phone over 2.5 hrs calling various different numbers. U call one person, will divert it to other person and that number is either not responding or switched off. U can previous number to check now that person will not respond u. 2. Next day cab which is the only sightseeing day cab isn’t working .. guy promised to send other car no one turned up for hours. 3. People get rude when you complain and say if there is big complains then it make sense. what big complains they expect in a trip than not getting a chance to see places outside when u r there for it. this is not the end... when u complain its just a technical issue you are facing ... and again u can complain about it i[censored] want. So no matter what ur trip is spoiled which u planned with so much of excitement. Nightmare

        Hi This is to communicate unsatisfactory service provided by Bharat booking Holidays. As per plan our tour package was decided as Gold package, but in Kullu and Chandhigadh we found the provided hotels was below par level. In Chandhigadh we got worst experience from Bharat Bookings holidays. We received confirmation of the booking of the hotel ‘Silky Resort’ 2 months prior but that was not booked at the time we arrived to the hotel. We went to the hotel with family and pull all the language but came to know that, our booking was not done by Bharat Booking holidays. This was really embarrassment movement for us. After enquiring with the Silky Resort about Bharat Booking Holidays we found atleast 8 -9 more cases like this. Regards, Sandesh

          Fraudulent activity and breach of contract

          Bharat Booking - One among the worst travel booking house

          [BHARAT BOOKING - FAILED SERVICE , EXCEPT GRABBING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS THEY DO GIVE A DAMN TO ANYTHING , EVEN IF YOU PAY MONEY IT WILL BE YOU WHO WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW UP (and include the charges spent in roaming - we had made calls worth Rs.1000) , FOOD MOST OF THE TIME WILL BE FINISHED SO YOU WILL GET THE LEFT OVER , NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY AS THEY ARE VERY BUSY PEOPLE , ALL IN ALL YOUR HOLIDAY WOULD BE TIRING THAN YOUR REGULAR DAYS ]

          I would like to bring to notice to those who are planning to so so with the Bharat booking packages or have already booked and ready to go. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED , BUT IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE THE FULL PAYMENT DO NOT PAY REST AMOUNT TILL YOU COME BACK FROM WHERE YOU STARTED.

          It all started some few weeks back when my family decided to make a booking with them for Manali trip. We were 8 people and that is the reason we decided that we should go for a package. There was a female who kept following with us till we made the booking. We were given details about the package which included volvo tickets , 3 breakfast , 3 dinner and personal taxi/cab for local sight seeing. Then we got a call by that female saying that we can't give you volvo but we can arrange for a tempo traveller but we will need to pay some extra amount. We were not willing to but eventually we agreed. The trip started and the travel till Manali was quite good.

          And then it all started.

          1) From the Day 1 , we did not have anyone from the Bharat booking who would follow up with us. We had to make calls to them to ask for our cab , etc. Even in the hotel we had to go till the kitchen to ask for our food. No one in the hotel came to ask us if we need anything and even upon ordering for meal we had to follow up for like 2 hours. The so called hotel manager if asked why this laid back behaviour very said because your with Bharat booking package , it is not my headache.

          2) On the first day we had to arrange for the cab ourselves and we ended up paying some extra bucks. Then we got a call that be ready at 4am for Rohtang Pass we will send the cab. We all got ready at 4 am and were waiting for the cab. Till 7 am no one came and no one picked up the phone. Then for another 2 hours we had to wait and then we were given the same tempo traveller in which we had come from Delhi. Where was the driver till now ? That dude was sleeping in the hotel itself and on being asked why did he not come the previous day , told us you should have called me. Great , isn't it ?

          3) To go to Rohtang pass if you want to come back the same day you have to leave early morning specially in the May-July season as its crowded and there is like 6km traffic jam on the way. Though it is 63kms from Manali still it will easily take 4-5 hrs to reach. And you do not have any other option except to return back the same day as there is no place to stay there or unless you are going further from there to LEh. Then the next day after following up for the while day we got a cab for Rohtang Pass. This day was good I will only because the driver was a good man.

          4) Then on the day back , we had to make the rest of the payment to the great travellers. After arguing for 2 hours for their failed service only charges that they laid off is few bucks.

          5) And the best thing comes now . We left Manali at around 3 pm. On the way back , driver told us that the traveller is giving some mechanical issues due to which he will arrange a different cab and for which we will have to go off the way to Chandigarh (It does not fall en route Manali - Delhi). As it was middle of the night- 2am ,we thought we should not fiddle with him and agreed to that.
          HE TOOK US TO A PLACE IN CHANDIGARH AND LEFT US THERE AND WHEN WE WERE SETTLING IN THE VEHICLE HE RAN AWAY IN HIS TRAVELLER. AND WE ASKED THE NEW DRIVER TO TURN ON THE AC , TO WHICH HE REFUSED GIVING SOME LAME EXCUSES AS IT DOES NOT WORK AND STUFF LIKE THAT. AND TOLD IF YOU WANT TO COME , ELSE LEAVE. THEN FROM 3AM-7AM (CHANDIGARH - DELHI) JOURNEY WAS WORST THEN HELL. WE WERE NOT SURE IF WE COULD REACH SAFELY. THE DIVER GUY WAS SLEEPING ON THE WHOLE JOURNEY. TAKING NAPS WHILE DRIVING. SOMOHOW WITH GOD'S GRACE WE REACHED SAFELY TO DELHI.

            Bharat booking is the FRAUD travel operator.. Unluckily we came across them and used their so called holiday package services and got our vacations ruined... We got a booking from them for 2 families for 5 nights package in Dalhousie and Dharamshala.. Despite being a complete package from Delhi - Dalhousie - Dharamshal - Delhi with cab throughout the trip, we were left without cab for most of the time and when there was cab it was with arrogant driver... most of our vacation time was spent waiting for cabs and talking to many bharat booking representatives who kept us rolling over different person to get our complaints resolved, which never happened. Despite giving our requirements, they provided hotels with no restaurant and even no basic services like power backup.. In Dharamshala we were given 2 nights stay but on reaching the hotel, they told us they only have 1 night booking.. later bharat booking representatives told us now we have to move to different hotel the next day... despite talking to different staff that it’s not feasible for us with kids to switch hotels for such a short duration they forced us to do that.. moreover all our sightseeing time in Dharamshala was wasted due to waiting for cab for hours and switching hotels... we have to manage the arrange cab by our own... after all this frustration due to no services by bharat booking we were threatened to pay the balance payment.. when we made it clear we won't make any payment until we reach Delhi (as we were afraid of getting stuck without any arrangement to go back to Delhi), they started sending goons who threatened us to make payment or they will not let us go.. Even our kids felt our tension and cried for going back to home... By help of some locals we came to know we could complaint against them at Himachal Tourism Director office.. we did that and the officials really helped us there.. However, when we reached the bus stand to catch our planned Volvo, police came and told us there is complaint against us for non-payment.. But when we told them our whole miserable story with complaint proofs, they understood our problem and allowed us to depart from Dharamshala and assured us of safe departure.. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD BHARAT BOOKING HOLIDAYS..

            Absolutely correct, Bharat Booking is the WORST travel agency I came across in my life. They are immature and unprofessional. Please dont go for Bharat Booking and spoil your family vacation.

            All they can do is make any situation even WORSE than taking care of it and try to improve their mistakes. They NEVER meet commitments and just pass on the bug to different coordinators.

            PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD TRAVEL AGENCY.

              Not providing the breakup of the bill for tax purpose

              I have gone for a 8 days holiday and the holiday package was finalized with Bharat Booking holidays. I had been to Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Delhi and Agra from 3rd Dec till 11th Dec. Initially they have not booked the accommodation till the last moment and they realized that only when 2 days before the holiday when I called them for confirmation (advance was paid earlier).
              Later they booked in different hotels and other things went...

              This is Dr.Anagha Agrawal .I stay at Ahmednagar and I am sending this letter to you to tell you about my hilarious experience I had during my trip(educational)to Manali(H.P. ) ;booked through a government agency(bharatbooking.com) of Himachal Pradesh government.
              I and my husband Dr.Shobhit had planned a tour to Himachal Pradesh some 8 months back when we got to know that 15th Indian Orthodontic Society’s Post Graduate Students Convention will be held in Manali on 25-27 mar 2011.
              My husband was booking our tour by make my trip (a Private Agency) but suddenly we came to know about this government agency called bharatbooking.com of Himachal Pradesh tourism. I only suggested him to book it by government agency instead of a private (for which I’m cursing myself till date)
              According to reservations we reached on Pune airport on 23 March 2011.From there we called our agent to inform him that we have already started the journey and please make the further arrangements. But to our surprise he was absolutely unaware of it.
              Finally we reached Delhi at 9.15pm the same day with the delay of nearly 45 min because of bad weather.
              Our further journey was upto Manali by a sleeper bus which the agent was supposed to arrange for us. As we enquired he said that he was unaware of the bus schedule and the last bus has already left at 8 o’clock itself. After immense argument he didn’t accepted his mistake but blamed us for booking the tour that early. Finally he arranged a cab (Indica DL 1 Y B 8896) with a driver named Aashish.Now that long journey of 585 km approximately we have to be in that small car. We finally reached after 16 hours of painful journey to Manali at about 2.00 o’clock in the noon the next day.
              The suffering didn’t end here; we reached in the hotel (Beas view) and came to know that the manager was not been informed about our visit. Half an hour later our agent Mr. Aman called us up saying that he has arranged a room in hotel Comfort Inn (which was the most uncomfortable one).The booking and payment we had made was for a Super Deluxe Room; but the one we had got was a local room (in which I couldn’t think of keeping my servant also) The room was absolutely dirty. Finally we called the manager got our room changed to a bit better one. The manager couldn’t even provide us with clean drinking water and on asking about it he used to say that this is what you get here. Whenever we used to ask for our complimentary food it used to take two and a half hour for preparation and on ordering something payable they used to provide in 15 min.We finally called our Tour agent to inform about it but he was unavailable all the time. On top of it one fine day when we were out for banquet in the conference and we came late at about 11.30 pm and found that the door of the hotel was closed. We rang bell, called the manager and waited there for more than half an hour in the immense cold of Manali (around 10 degrees) waiting for the hotel person. He came outside yawning and argued to us about coming late instead of being sorry. At this time also we tried call our agent but he wasn’t available.
              On top of it the driver provided to us was from Delhi and wasn’t aware of tourist places in and near Manali. He was extremely arrogant and never used to take us to the places where we wanted to go but to the places where he wanted to visit. Half of our time went in availing services from people which they don’t wanted to provide and our agent was never available to us to take responsibility and to take care of the matter.
              Finally on 27thof mar (our last day of journey) the agent (Mr.Aman) and his boss (Mr. Jitendra, Head of Manali branch of bharat booking) called us for telling that we are supposed to vacate the room before 10 o’clock. Now our booking was upto evening according to the invoice provided to us. My husband finally became angry and went to meet them in their office. After a huge argument finally he agreed to give us one hour to pack our luggage. He also argued about the payment. Actually we were supposed to pay only 9,000 rupees as per the package, but he made us pay 14,000 for services that he failed to provide us .We paid for super deluxe room (which was a local room), then the Volvo rates (which he couldn’t arrange for us) and to the driver 5,000 to the driver because he left us from Delhi to Manali and will again leave us to Delhi. Being a student we were not having enough cash and so we need to cancel purchase of instruments and deposit that money to Mr.jitendra.
              While leaving his office he promised us a hotel in Delhi to freshen up and on asking details he said he’ll tell that to the driver.
              Finally we left for Delhi. We reached Karnal (a place in Haryana) at 6.30 was around 120 km away from Delhi which our driver could cover in merely 2 hours but as soon as he realized this he started driving slowly so that we couldn’t reach in Delhi in time and the agent wouldn’t have to arrange a hotel for us. He was driving at 20 km per hour speed on a national highway which was literally empty and used to take frequent pauses for no known reasons.
              Finally after a long journey of around 20 hours (in that tiny car) we reached Delhi airport at about 11 am.
              Being a doctor I get only few days to enjoy and I made it a sulking pain by booking it by Bharat booking.
              There only I have decided that being an aware resident of India I should write this story and inform you about the quality of services we are getting. I have lost all my confidence in government system as well as my husband. Hence forward we have decided to book all our tour through make my trip (even if it is a bit expensive) as our previous experiences were far more better than this. Never will I suggest any of my relatives, friends or colleagues to book a tour by government agencies. Like this only youth is losing interest in our country and settling in other countries. I found my duty to inform you about it and request you to look into the matter.

              I don't think this complaint is genuine because, considering the package cost you have mentioned here, the tour package seems good. I have also stayed in Comfort inn its pretty good hotel, The car is not supposed to take where you want to go, the whole tour is predefined and processes according to predefined itinerary. The checkout time worldwide is 12 Noon and somewhere 10 AM, which we should understand. There is no Volvo bus service after 8PM, again its your mistake, you must have been given with the schedule and timing of the bus. You are reaching late at 9:15 PM, due to bad whether or whatever its on your part, not a travel agents fault. Another point you kept waiting outside hotel because you reached late at night due to conference at 11:30 PM. Hotel in Manali is not supposed to be open for you whole night and also there are security reasons that hotel was locked at night. The last thing Travel agent promised hotel for fresh up at Delhi. Did he charged from you for that???, Another thing on top of that Bharat Booking Holidays is a private Travel Agency like Make My Trip and not a Government agency. It is based on profit generation and not for social service.
              In my opinion you are making an issue of no issue. Being a Doctor you should not make hyper statements like this and waste time of Respectable Government system of
              President of India
              Tourism Minister
              Head of Himachal Pradesh Tourism

              I completely agree with Dr.Anagha. We also faced the similar problem. We booked our trip to Manali through Bharat Booking only; we had an awful experience. We just came back from Manali June 20, 2012. They have started a tour and travel company but there is no system. Staff over there is no doubt friendly, but there are not even aware of bookings and all. Their services are pathetic. I and my family also won’t go for Bharat Booking in future and also I won’t recommend it to anyone. We also have taken a luxury package but I think they don't know the meaning of "luxury", it’s like we are paying one third more amount of money of the same package for nothing.

              We had a bad experience. Recommend others to go by your own rather than booking your trip through Bharat Booking.

              I also completely agree with m/s Dr.Anagha and S.Gupta .We also met some bad experience. We(15 people) booked our trip from Delhi to Manali through Bharat Booking during May'12.
              They promised us to take Manali through Chandigarh route by Tempo traveller.But they have taken us through Kalka route which is very worst and damaged road due to save of 80 kms and toll fee.Our senior citizens and children are severely affected by health .All they got vomiting and fever. Finally we reached Manali by 8 hours delay.The affected were taken treatment at Wellingdon hospital at Manali.Because of that one day programme got canceled.They did not adjust.While returning they dropped at Chandigarh in midnight instead of dropping at Delhi.
              Bharat Booking are great cheaters.They are frauds.Please do not choose Bharat booking .com.Their service is very poor.

              I had booked for shimla manali tour from bharat booking and it was all in all a good experience. those who are suffering are just because of their carelessness. please confirm everything before starting your tour, it will help a lot. you should get every details of your tour confirmed in written/mail from the agency to avoid such situation.. I had done a quite good homework before start of my tour..confirming everything like..1) the places to visit 2) the route 3) the traffic 4) the stoppages 5) the cab 6) the driver 7) the hotel details (from websites) 8) the complementary meals 9) the pick up place 10) the payments. you can get information from internet also.. so please don't blame the agency for it. this type of statements simply came from frustration. its just your luck that wasn't with you..

                Hi, I want to do complaint about Bharat Booking Holidays (India) Private Limited whose office in Manali (H.P.). I had taken the traveling and vacation package from this firm, the contact person is Aman Mishra who send me the proposal document of Bharat booking package of about Rs. 19000/- per couple for 5N/6D. In this meal plan he is promising that you get one super deluxe room, last day two movie tickets, better dinner and pickup/drop from hotel to bus stand. But actually the Aman Mishra the fraud guy who make false promises and give poor services. He gave only deluxe room in manali and just an economy room in shimla and the dinner was so dirty. Also he didn't give any movie ticket for us, as well as no pickup/ drop from hotel to bus stand. I just say please be alert from Aman Mishra.

                These people promised that the tour would include the Himalayas. It did not. Our driver (who was excellent) said that we were hundreds of miles from the Himalayas and asked why we were coming to these places with nothing to see.
                In the schedule they also promised a train journey; there was no train journey.
                When we arrived we realised that a trainee had organised our schedule and there were many mistakes in it.
                It was very badly designed, all the time we had to travel all day to reach another place that was in a slum area with nothing interesting to see.
                The hotels were dreadful and in slum areas so we could not walk outside.
                I have tried to get them to look at our complaint but they ignore me.

                Ya You r exactly right we went on a package for dehi-shimla-manali package we didnt recieve facilities which were told to us.second day it was stated about 5-6 places in delhi but they send a worst vehicle which took seven hours to reach agra.only we were able to see agra that too tajmahal.The next day he gave a worst room in shimla which it was near lift an irritating hotel which was on the top floor where there is one lift to go to the first floor and the next lift to go to the second floor.then we need to climb 3 floors by steps.and it will be like a mountain.that too you need to pay 15 rs up and down for climbing in lift for the first floor and luggage extra.the next day we went to manali and we spent two days.none of the package person met us and the driver got 20000 thousand from us through phone conversation.last day is at delhi.so we started to delhi we all settled in the cab at the last moment there came 2 person that they should settle all the amount in manali itself and as there were heavy snowfall there were heavy traffic.so the vehicle started but they didnt allow us to go.so we two left from the cab as he told that he will drop us to the vehicle where it left.And we didnt have cash as we planned to do credit card payment.as we left there was no power supply.he made us to wait for 2 hours were the vehicle went 5 kms.at last all the amount was settled and the last day the rooms should be booked in delhi as mentioned in package.as all the amount got settled we were scared whether he will give rooms for us.he promised that he will give rooms.atlast the payment was made and he told there is no vehicle to drop. as the manali is full of snow none of the vehicle were ready to take us.he is such a fraud guy he never took us so we walked for about 5 kms.then we went to delhi the next day and he told that he cant give us rooms.there was two people involved in this drama one fraud name is vikas and another fraud name is Aman Mishra they both are such a culprits.they both planned to get money from us for the rooms without informing the owner.there was no response at all.this vikas will tell amen is not agreeying and this amen will tell vikas is not agreeying.then we got the owner number then we talked to him directly and got the rooms as mentioned in the package.there was no drop to the airport as mentioned in package as well. So guys please dont believe this two poisonous guys be aware of vikas and Aman Mishra.do not book packages beleiving them it will be hell for you as none of the facilities will be provided as mentioned.

She was patient enough with the numerous queries and changes we requested. it was a well arranged package where from reception to see off. We have nothing to complaint during this 5 day trip rather we wished to spend some more days there. We really appreciate the meals in very good Hotel with remarkable ambiance. Thanks Aashi for your help and cooperation. Secondly we got one of the best driver ever, He was so impressive and pleasing and we never got lost with him for a single moment.                 Good service provided by Bharat bookings and holidays. Hotels were neat and clean and good food provided, both Veg/Non veg. only thing the hotel mess starts at 7.30 am and you cant enjoy early morning tea in cold weather of Manali/ shimla. The vehicle provided from Manali Bus stand and for sightseeing were in good condition. Drivers cum guide were very co operative and informative. The tour guide Mr. Abhineet Thakur and company officials were constantly in touch with us for guidance and for resolving any complaints. Overall experience was very good. I will definitely recommend Bharat bookings and holidays to my relatives and friends for Kullu- Manali- Shimla Tour . Thanks for wonderful experience of tour.

                Most pathetic experience, ever. I really could not imagine, worst agent very unprofessional. They will keep calling you following up until you pay money. As soon as we paid money we were the one following up and chasing them.
                We booked Deluxe package so that we get better facilities. However everything was substandard. First one broken car came to pick us after waiting 30 mins in hot and dusty station after tiring 14 hours Volvo Journey.
                Second it took 3 hours for hotel to checkin, no one was ready to clean the room. After checkin the same bedsheet which were used by previous travelers was spread on bed, Quilt was smelling bad and even after our constant request and complain they weren't changed. We had to literally monitor housekeeping for cleaning, everyone was lethargic.
                When we complained this to the agent, he doesn't bother and about the broken Car MR Pradeep stated that "We can't change the car, you may even complain about the dent in car, enjoy the view from Window, if main windscreen is broken" Also he shouted on my friend saying that you have communication issues you have given us incorrect number. This was such a impolite and arrogant reply, luckily he had mail for the communication stating his number sent out to all the people while booking this tour, also he was always calling from this number. These people try to put all the blame on this which was again a miss from their end. The appalling behavior doesn't end here.
                Before booking the tour everyone was politely answering and agreeing to all the request. We Talked initially with Disha and she said we can plan Rohtang there and then by paying some extra permit charges. As soon we reached we requested for next day Rohtang trip. We had to make 20 calls to these people for the tour, they were least bothered to help. Finally they quoted 6000 for the same broken uncomfortable Alto and 9000 for Gypsy. We did some research on mall road and were able to book a Dezire for just 5000 Rupees. While these ppl quoted double rate for Rohtang pass that too, with much attitude.
                On our complain instead of addressing and understanding the issue they ordered us to visit office.
                Out of our crucial Holiday time we went to their office for 2 hours narrated whole incidents. We had Solang tour booked which we never took due to all these incidents by them. The person sitting in the office MR Sameer, kept listening and called Hotel manager made some calls here and there and told us that he will get back to us in evening.
                Next day we kept calling no sign from him, No sign from MR KEVAL and no Sign from Pradeep. We kept calling no one picked our call. Although we booked the agent for ease of traveling it turned out to be an awful experience, and still no response shameless bunch of people.
                We demanded refund for the day when we didn't took the tour, we were told we are eligible for 700Rs Refund, though we were charged much higher. Anyway next day we had a fancy itinerary stating many places, after all this struggle innumerous calls they never had the courtesy to send a better car for the next day journey. All they wanted was money, go hell with customer experience.
                The road was completely painful and I was with my mother who is aged and it was very difficult for her and us to travel in an Alto without AC suffering the painful journey, getting dry dirt bath, sweating and frustrating. Only one temple and Gurudwara was covered rest all places were skipped, the Driver was only given 1800 for his Car although they had already charged higher from us. We kept calling the agency for VOLVO details no one bothered to picked until we called complaint number and the guy finally helped us.
                Driver left us in front of Flight view at 5:00 while there was no place to sit or pass time and we had no clue about the bus. One SMS was shared with Bus number and driver number, very late after several calls, we called the driver and got to know the bus num is different and all the info is wrong. We still kept waiting for the bus since till 7:00 no clue of bus, we were told it will be there by 6:00 . It was so hot and uncomfortable, our complete experience was pitiable.
                Suddenly another call come from someone else complaining the bus is waiting for 20 mins. We were dumbfounded we were standing there only, searching and looking for every bus and no bus came with the number told by driver. We called driver and got to know he has still not reached, then how come he was waiting for 20 mins. We took the driver on conference with the agent to prove. We were suffering for each and every bit in this travel, finally when the bus arrived there were no seats for us.
                The agent again called and told the bus is different. When we realized the other bus which was waiting had a different driver number which was never shared. All the passengers were waiting for us, while we were waiting for the wrong bus. Most miserable coordination I have ever encountered.
                Finally we boarded the bus and got last 4 seats and reached Delhi. I would recommend not to do the mistake of booking with these people. Before entering in hospitable industry like tourism they should learn some basic ethics, communication, and coordination for dealing with customers. I am planning to file a case soon.
                Worst experience with Bharat Booking Holidays

                It looks like Bharatbooking has been just money making company & not worried about customer satisfaction.
                We went to Kerala including 2 Sr. Citizen, myself, wife & one 2 year child & see below is our bad experience in the tour.

                Till Booking they follow us, but once initial booking is done, then we have to follow them. Most of the time the booking person will not be available with her ( Tour Advisor - Ruby Bhatia - [protected]) Mobile phone. They will busy in meetings. And even after meeting they will not call you back.
                This is completely unethical business practices to make only money.

                Completely irresponsible staff in Bharatbooking.
                When we reach to Ernakulam Junction (ERS), the driver started demanding for payment. This was not even informed to us by Bharatbooking to pay any amount to the driver.

                1) "Emerald Inn" Munnar on 4th Nov 2016 :-
                Worst rooms provided in Emrald IN hotel which is underground -3 floor where complete Suffocation, very difficult to breathe even.
                We cannot even open the windows as lots of waste outside & dirty smell.
                The hotel staff applied room freshener in order to remove the dirt smell.
                Insufficient lighting in rooms (only 2 small bulbs). Even Lights/Electricity gone 3-4 times and my child started crying.
                The room phone service is not working so every time you have to go personally 3 floors up & contact them.
                Washroom Shower not working. Mosquitoes inside room.
                Free WiFi is not connected, very less Bandwidth.
                Spend 2 hours & money wasted in calls with Bharatbooking to Sort out this issue before check-in to hotel.
                The hotel owner requested to spend the night here & next day morning he will shifted us to another property i.e. 'HightRange Inn'. This has been confirmed from Bharatbooking as well.

                2) "HighRange Inn" Munnar on 5th Nov 2016 :-
                Wasted our half day for shifting from "Emerald Inn" hotel to "HighRange Inn" hotel in Munnar
                The toilets are leaked from the backside. When you apply flush water comes out from the backside.
                Wash basins also leaked.

                3) The driver (Naushad[protected] was driving with completely irresponsible behavior. We have luckily saved almost twice from the accident.
                As per the agreed tour itinerary, we supposed to cover Photo Point, Jungle Honey Bee Nest, Madupetty Dam/Lake, DTPC Boating, Elephant Arrival Spot, Cinema Shooting Point, Echo Point, GundalaLake, Spice Plantation, Pothamedu Sunset View in Munnar.
                But he has covered "Rajmachi" only for 5 hours. (2 hours in queue for bus & 3 hours for sight visiting). By doing this he gets Rest & his Diesel is also saved. He is a Big Cheater.

                4) "Charles Premier inn" Thekkady on 6th Nov 2016 :-
                Here we were, completely surprised when we reached in a hotel, they told us your booking is not confirmed. The Bharatbooking driver also surprised as he had details to shift us in "Charles Premier inn" hotel.
                After communicating with Bharatbooking, finally come to know that our hotel stays is changed to "Horn Bill Cottage". This has been not confirmed with us initially.
                Completely messes up. We have again wasted 2 hours to get all these clarifications.

                5) "Horn Bill Cottage" Thekkady on 6th Nov 2016 :-
                "Horn Bill Cottage" is not a hotel it's a Cottage.
                Tube light is not working. Only one light is working.
                Lots of mosquitoes & Lizard are moving inside the room.
                Only a single person who is very rude in nature, giving the service by calling on his mobile number or going down to call him personally.
                We have waited for 45 minutes to get hot water for a bath but the water heater is not working at all.
                For Breakfast, Tea with Bread provided.

                6) AC DELUXE HOUSEBOAT Alleppey on 7th Nov 2016
                This is the lowest grade ordinary houseboat where Diesel smells inside the room.
                When we started AC in the night, it's gas started leaked out and the lights are gone for 30 minutes. We moved out of room & finally come to know that AC cannot be started.
                Lots of mosquitoes and Lizard moves on Ceiling when we go to bed.

                How can a family with 2 year child and 2 senior citizens stay here?
                This is really bad experience with hotels provided & not covered the places which has been agreed by Bharatbooking company.

                I booked a trip to vashino devi for my parents through bharat booking.I dropped my parents at the scheduled place and the said volvo was there on time.After my parents reached there they had to wait for an hour before a room was allocated to them.Apparently there was some miscommunication between the hotel and bharat booking.other then that there were no issues from their side.It was a good experience overall.
