Bharat Business Channel Ltd — Amount debit of Rs.300 but d2h not recharge

Dear sir/madam i had try to recharge my d2h account account on 07/12/2020 at 9:26 pm from your https://www.d2h.com/recharge/recharge-details . the txn is done from my SBI Net banking of Rs.300. my Customer id : 80337561 name : suraj mehto. My amount is debited from my account but my d2h was not recharge. then i had a word with Videocon d2h customer care they told me wait 36 hours it will be automatically refunded. but still today is 9 dec. 2020 my amount is not credited. my txn id is : Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments...Ref id : [protected]IGAJZRSSF0..kindly check and refund my amount immediately.
