I am an Indian Air Force personal (retd), I received a tele call from Bharat Employment Company for job interview online and they charged me Rs 2359/- on Line to connect me for same. When I paid the said amount online successfully and than only they informed me that "now you have to pay Rs 5999/- for Document verification by the recruiter" then only company will come on line for your job interview. At this juncture I felt some doubt and refused to pay the amount asked for document verification and asked them please refund my deposited amount of Rs 2359/- back. Now I want back my paid money form Bharat Employment. Hence, I need legal support from your end to get my back at the earliest.

This company is fraud they called me and said your resume is short listed in so an so MNC and asked me to pay Rs2359/- they said this amount is paid to the govt and after this your job is sure.I paid the amount. After some time again they called me and asked me to pay Rs5616/- and Rs 8088/- as verification and processing me. They assured saying that your job is fix in so and so MNC and you will get back your money in your first salary. They made all fake commitments saying we have already spoke to HR of the MNC and your job is fix and this is your joining date. I paid all the amount through my debit card total Rs16063/- on 30th oct 2014. it is more than two months and i dint receive a single call from this company. they dont receive i single call till date they have not contacted me. This company is fraud i have also submitted the details in nearby police station. Avinash/Arave ka phone aaya ki aap ko hamahere yaha Rs5000 & Service Tax Rs 617 Total Rs.5617 or jama karna hoga jiske baad hum aap ki job banking sector me lagwa denge or aap ko 20000 Rs se adhik ki salary milegi. mai bhaut prasan hua ki 5600 rs kha se lau kyouki mai ek middle class se bhi niche parivar ka hu.but maine aapne friends se leke jama kar diya.uske baad mujhe bharat employment walo ne mail kiya usme 5 job accountant ki wo bhi Real estate ki diya or kha ki aap apply kar de jo aap ko suitable lage maine phone kiya or kha ki aap ne to kha tha ki bank me job lagwange but aap to real estate me job bata rahe ho or wo bhi khe rahe ho ki apply kar de.us din ke baad jab maine doobara phone kiya to kabhi phone hi nahi lagta or maine takriban 7-9 email kiya but uska jawab nahi aaya phir maine aapni mail me F.I.R ki baat kahi to agle din hi phone aagaya or maine kha to phir se mujhse 4000 Re ki demand karne lage maine mana kar diya or kha ki mai Police Complain karne ja rahu hu tab agle din unhone mujhe 2 company ki web site de di (Religare & Muthoot) or kha ki apply kar do maine kha ki mai kaise apply karu or kha karu to usne kha ki next day aap ke pass hamare executive ka phone aa jaye ga but phone nahi aaya maine call kiya to phone hi nahi lagta hai. TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM [protected] THEY told me that my resume has been shortlisted directly from the co. & they r providing on roll job & for selection i have to pay rs 2100 for registration they r taking the name of bharat employment and using this website name. this is completly a fake call they doing fraud. please take action on this respective phone no.

Dear friends, ear All, i Mehmood ul haq ( Hyderabad ) wish to inform you that i have recd. a call form( CHARU & MANISHA ) Bharat Employment on 10/11/2014 (totally Fake Consultancy)They asked me we have seen your resume we have many vacancy according your profile. they asked me deposited of Rs.1500/- for registration which i deposited the same on 11/11/2014 through ICICI cash deposit machine Rajendra nagar branch, Hyderabad, later they asked me to pay 5400/--(deposited through same branch the same day) as a security deposit for forwarding my resume to a particular company and arrange interview for the same and guaranteed 100% job and also promised to refund the money if they fail to provide the job but they not provide me any job .when i called their contact numbers are not reachable i request you kindly don't deposit any mony for such type of fake consultancy. I warn to bhart consultancy return our mony otherwise we will take a legal action. Note:- all evidence like call record, paymnet deposited details is laying with me. till now i have not received any call or information regarding further process..so i kindly request them to refund my money.this consultancy is a total FRAUD. a guy called and said that he will provide job on my location and at double hike of present salary, for this he asked me for Rs 2100/- via net banking/debit/credit card. he himself created my login and asked me proceed to pay it. when i denied to pay as he told me for which company dat company doesnt exist at said location, then he change the topic dat this company having holding companies and we will provide u job in dat. i smelled it is fishy so i denied to pay. here i am looking that same process was adopted on me which is described here, one man called then he trf to another and when i made him confused then he trf the call to his so called senior, i m surprised to see that any company is so much interested to give me job that even after cutting there calls they calling me again and again. number[protected] was from which calls were received. i am surprised to see that here are lot of complaints, still those guys are not bothered and doing their attempts continue.

This is jayesh Warkar I have received call on my mobile on month on 11 november November from bharat employment.com. Miss aisha called me and she told me that bharat employment provides job consultancy services. She told me to pay 2100 rupees & promised following offers - by paying 2100 I will become lifetime member of bharat employment - bharat employment will not offer any opening to me - She told me that they have current opening in top companies such as INFOSYS in my nearest location. She told me that I Shouldn't’ worry because these companies have already selected my Profile so I will get job easily. So after satisfy with their answers to my queries I paid amount of rupees 2100 through net banking After that Miss. Neha from verification department called me She told me that I have to pay rs 3500 to process my profile further. I refused to pay the amount. She told me that this is compulsory amount to process my profile further. She said this amount is kind of deposit which is Necessary for profile verification with recruiters. So I paid amount of rupees 3500 through Debit Card But for my surprise another person called me from bharat employment & he demanded me rupees 5000. I got angry and denied to pay the Amount. I asked him the reason for the same but he don’t know the reason he was just demanding the amount saying that this is required to Process further. But I clearly refused to pay rupees 5000 and demanded Refund my earlier paid amount. But I get totally shocked when Mr. Arnav & Sameer called from confirmation Department; told me some different story. He confirmed me following - rupees 2100 is for 5 job opening if, refund will be only if 5 job opening is not delivered within 15 days - rupees 5000 is for profile modification, MS Excel Certificate refund will be only if profile is not delivered within 15 days.but i dident get any job job opening today 11 november 2014 he told me to forword my profile to concern hr for that u have to pay remaining 5000 has to pay by today eod otherwise ur previous money will not refund .he make me fool i recognese so refused to pay amount but i want my previous money refund total 5000rs. I was Sent lots of mail but they didn't reply on that. finally I called them and said them refund my money today up to 7 Pm otherwise I m going to file a police complain But my issue was not resolved so I write them a mail today, before it I was sent them reminder, even I try to contact them on phone but they people just making me fool.

this is arif, praveen, pratap, yeswant we 4 friends had paid 50000 for bharath employment shekar spokes to us said to pay certain amount on that day when we spoke to coustumer care nelima choudary spoke to us she cant say our status i[censored] guys have really shame refund our amount

Bharat employment is a total fraud website. everything is fake in this company. I was working in this company and I left the job because this is a fake company. they did not provided me my salary. Pranshu Rastogi is owner of this company they are not even receiving my call. fraud cheater

They are just creating resume nothing else, but, how they behave like, they will get a very good job in mnc,

O they just asking to you to create a resume, create a social account only than you are eligible to good mnc job and they charging for this aroung 15000 rs,

O please dont submit any money to him, because what ever job they provided having all the wrong number

Still not aware that u had taken Rs 15115 for what services……..No RECIEPT byfrication for amount against what services while at the time of payment everyone was saying for this amount of payment you will get overseas & india openings/interview calls. You all people were telling that u have tie up with companies as companies providing intertal opportunities/openings/vacancies, which are not published on different job portals. But sorry to say that till I have not seen any single activity. On 18 th august u have given mail with Five openings, which has no concern with my industry, designation, location, functional area, experience, skills. For that You told us to contact these concern person.I could not understand for that I Paid huge amount of Rs 15115 to u. Mean to say u did not discussed /shared it with the companies about my profile, my industry, designation, location, functional area, experience, skills, my interest area & companies interest. Each time u call at Bhart Employment, u will find new person with new name.After picking the phone will ask my name and concern then will say pl call after 15 minutes.Eeach time u will find this thing. Till now feeling as I am cheated. Now I gives u example- 1) One Vacancy u provided- Position -Regional Sales Manager Industry- FMCG / Foods / Beverage Company name- Super Six Products Pvt. Now u answer me whats is come out of this conversation. 2) Second comanpy-Position-Head/VP/GM/National Manager -Sales Industry-IT-Software / Software Services Comany-Net Solutions Contact Number[protected] Again I never worked in software industry & no related experience. Any way i called on given number but no response as no ring.When i Contacted this number no response/no ring tone...it was silent. Now u answer me whats is come out of this conversation 3) Third comany-Position -Head/VP/GM/National Manager -Sales Industry-...Real Estate / Property Company Name-Cosmic Structures Limited. contact number- 91 120 4792710 I called on this number for such vacancy then they answered, right now they dont have such vacancy. I asked him... Is Bharat Employement is your consultant ? then he denied. also suggested me that do not pay any consultant, as company pays to Consultant after selection of candidate.candidate. All these are fraud. Similarly happened with two another company which u provided me. No related industry experience. Hi Guys, This is genuine company and I got Job from the reference of Bharat Employment and I am totally satisfied with my Job and working in my current company since April. Neha from verification department called me She told me that I have to pay rs 5000 to process my profile further. I refused to pay the amount. I want to complaint for www.bharatemployement.com, they are completely cheated Rs 15, 000/- for providing better opportunity in the premier organization. I want my money back . No response from there side. Finally it was fraud firm and main function was to cheat. Pl z i want my money back at any cost.
