Dear sir I INFORMED OVER PHONE [protected] TO SEED MY AADHAAR NO[protected] SOME ONE MONTH BACK. IF I ENQUIRE IN webMYLPG.IN THE SYSTEM SHOWS AADHAAR NOT LINKED . If i enquire *99*99# my aadhaar number is linked to my bank . REGARDING THIS I SENT COMPLAINT TO BPCL THE COMPLAINT NOS ARE 410245, 415653, 430439 AND 437501. For complaint no 437501 BPCL INFORMED ME TO LINK MY MOBILE NO. THAT ALSO I HAVE LINKED AND CONFORMATION MESSAGE RECEIVED FROM BPCL PG ALSO ATTACHED. I donot know why so much delay in linking my aadhaar number when i asked your customer relation cell at chennai ther are telling give my aadhaar no to dealer . when telephoned to [protected] giving aadhaar no through telephone is enough and not necessary to go to agency. Whether you have wrongly seeded my aadhaar no . Please clarify Please inform me what i have to do Jayaram gas agency not picking up the phones[protected], 26631315,[protected] Why this much of poor service giving to consumers ask agency to attend the calls .
