I have applied for the new gas connection with request no 12322395 and i have submitted all the document at CHAND'S GAS SERVICE on dated 21.11.2014. but the dealer asked me for the six months of waiting after that on dated 1 dec 2014 i got a mail that my request has been cancelled then what is the meaning of that mail.

I have applied for a new gas connection on 09.05.2015 at Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency, Shop No. 3, Rushabh Corner, Near Mhalsakant High School, Sector 28, Pradhikaran, Pune-411044. I filled the KYC Form and submitted to them, but they denied me the receipt of the submission of KYC Form and they said that come on Monday. Thereafter I received a message from the Customer Care of Bharat Gas on 10.05.2015 and they informed me that my Request Id is 17000647 and i need to contact the Bharat Gas Distributor for connection. I approached the above referred Distributor on 11.02.2015 morning, they asked me that which stove i want to buy, I said that i already have a Gas Stove and i need not buy a new one. They straightway denied me the connection. When i argued that i already have a stove and it is ISI certified. Then they said that we will inspect the said Stove and then only we will issue a connection. I said why it is necessary to inspect the stove when it is ISI marked and what relation does it have with the new connection. They said that this is the procedure and unnecessarily charged me Rs. 250/- for inspection of the stove and said that in one or two days they will do the inspection. I have that receipt of Rs. 250/-. But till now they have not approached me for the inspection and delaying the connection unnecessarily. I urgently need the connection and dont want to buy a new stove. Please do the needful.
