Bharat Gas — have not received gas subsidy after submitting my non aadhaar bas gas subsidy form on 01.11.14

I have submitted my non aadhaar based mandate form for LPG subsidy at Ashok Traders, Bharat gas, Andal, Bardhaman, West Bengal - 713321. but till date (on 18/02/15) i have not received any subsidy from the govt and i have to pay the full amount for my cylinder. my details are as bellow: LPG Consumer no. 34481 17 digit LPG ID.[protected] name Himanshu Mondal Mob no.
