[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Not issuing second cylinder and misbehavior of the distributor | |||
Dear Sir, I Malaya Kumar Nath is a consumer of Bharat Gas having Consumer ID: 60779881 operated at Chitra Bharat Gas, Karaikal, Puducherry. I have booked for the second cylinder online (having reference no. Second Cylinder Request already made.Request ID No. is 148221). I have also given a complain that the distributor is not giving me the second cylinder (Ref No: 70914 ). I got the reply against the complain mail that the distributor was instructed to distribute the second cylinder in the earliest. But when I went to the distributor he told that come after 15 days I will give the cylinder. I went after 15 days he again denied to give me the cylinder and again provide me a date. This type of misbehavior is made by mr. SELVAMANI nearly four times. Again I have visited to the distributor office on 24/05/2014 (Saturday) and asked MR. Selvamani to provide the second cylinder. Again he denied to give and told me to come after seven days. I told him to give me in writing that u will give me after seven days. But he misbehaved me and told I will not give in writing. Kindly look into the matter and issue me the second cylinder for which I will be obliged to you forever.
