Bharat Gas — Not transfer subsidy in my bank account | |

I have submitted my aadhaar card to bank on 23/12/2014 and confirm that the aadhar have linked successfully in my account.
but no subsidy provided by your end to my account till today.
i have contacted to gas agency where they have feed data inappropriately.
they are not responding my complaint and say you have do click in opt out of subsidy option.
I think that it can be possible but its my mistake due to not know that process but now i want join that facility but how it can be possible. there is no idea given to me by distributor please help me and take necessary action. my economic condition is not well.
