Bharat Gas — Online payment is showing pending money deducted

I have booked a gas cylinder through bharatgas app, and tried to pay through netbanking. I have paid ₹ 598.38 via debit card, using CCAvenue as gateway. My booking reference no. Is 29387. When I completed the process with entering OTP, it showed session expired, please retry. The amount has been deducted from the bank account, but it still is showing pending. Kindly help.
