Bharat Gas — subsidy not transfer to my bank account

sir I have submitted my aadhaar card to bank on 24/11/2014 and confirm that the aadhar have linked successfully in my account. but no subsidy provided by your end to my account till today. i have contacted to gas agency where they have feed data inappropriately. they are not responding my complaint as well as insulted me. That, I have made following complaints to my bank. complaint no. 506059 dt. 03/03/2015 complaint no. 514576 dt. 07/03/2015 That, I have contacted my bank again, where they have confirmed me about my aadhaar linked with my savings account. That, I want my subsidy to my account as soon as possible by your end. That, your gas agency owner don't want to take any action and want to avoid his responsibility. he refused to help me and say go to your bank. please help me i have uploaded my aadhaar and bank passbook.
