I have a profile on Bharat Matrimony and initially opted for 3 months of premium membership. To my surprise the debited the money from my credit card during the second renewal on 9th November 2023. I had not asked for auto renewal, and I wanted to cancel my premium membership due to excessive fake and not responding profile. Also, there is no option to cancel the auto renewal on their mobile app.
I had already raised a ticket with ticket number BM29260891 on 9th November 2023.
The issue was going to be resolved by 14th November 2023. The executive during my previous conversion over email on their customer care had promised that the issue will be resolved by 14th November 2023 and promised me refund. When I tried to follow up with them today, they said we will get back to you soon. I asked them when it will be resolved, and now they are saying we will get back to you soon.
