Wrong activation of combo plans

I have paid for combo plan for Bharat matrimoney and Lingayath but Bharat Matrimoney (BM) executive activated wrongly Tech matrimoney and Lingayat matrimoney. Fraud sm & relationship manager

Dear Concerned Team,

My account with matrimony id K9779944 was suspended for no reason, I only paid some days ago for a 3month subscription and it got suspended only few days into my subscription.
I want them to reactivate my account K9779944.

    Hi,
    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the services provided for our accounts Doctorsmatrimony (DOC686671) and Vanajrimatrimony (VNJ186816) by Bharat Matrimony. Specifically, I wish to raise concerns about the conduct of Bharat Matrimony teleagents, Rohit (Mobile Number: [protected]) and his manager, Rahul.

    On September 21st, we received a call from Rohit, who offered us a combo package for both services at approximately 8, 000 INR + GST for six months. We found this offer appealing and agreed to proceed. Rohit instructed us to make the payment through the Doctorsmatrimony website, where the combo offer was supposed to be visible. However, it was not. Rohit then directed us to the Vanajrimatrimony website, assuring us that the combo offer had been enabled there. Despite following his instructions, the offer still did not appear.

    After expressing our hesitation to make the payment, Rohit transferred the call to his manager, Rahul, who assured us that the combo service offer would be activated upon payment. Trusting his assurance, we proceeded with the payment. Unfortunately, upon checking our account status, we found that only the Vanajrimatrimony account had been extended, while the Doctorsmatrimony account remained unchanged.

    We have been continuously following up with Rohit, who has repeatedly promised that the extension would be applied but to no avail. This situation amounts to a case of cheating, as the promised services have not been delivered.

    We request that you either extend the combo offer as initially promised for both accounts or refund our payment. Additionally, we urge you to take strict action against your teleagents for making false promises and failing to deliver the agreed services.

      They're running a scam

      I am an NRI and jointed this portal a few months back with "basic package". Withing a few weeks I was flooded with fake profiles, which in this day of social media is understandable as anyone is allowed to create a profile on this website with fake credentials. Therefore a few months later I upgraded to "Premium" package which promises verified profiles only.
      To my surprise, I encountered at least 2-3 profiles who had their Government...

      Inspite of requesting many many number of times I receive calls from matrimony customer care to not disturb in my working hours they keep calling every day. Too much arrogant staff as we talk in between they disconnect the call and no patience to any staff, very unprofessional customer care.

        As per Gold premium service, 40 contact nos were to be viewed but only after viewing 2 contact nos, system restricted to view farther phone nos. I complained many times to customer care as well as with chat service regarding this but there no resolution & it was also asked in a way that I was telling lie. I got very upset with unexpectedly worse service. I need immediate attention for this unethical service to customer.

          Respected consumer complaint authority,

          I am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorised debit of 95.41€ from my account by Bharat Matrimony, which occurred on 02/03/2024. This deduction was made without my explicit consent or authorisation.

          I have thoroughly reviewed my account statements and have confirmed that I did not initiate any transaction or give permission for Bharat Matrimony to debit this amount from my account. I have proof for everything and i will attach some of them below.

          I request immediate reversal of this unauthorized charge and a full refund of the deducted amount to my account. Additionally, I expect a prompt investigation into how this debit occurred without my consent. There is no option for someone to turn off auto renewal as well.

          Failure to rectify this matter in a timely manner may compel me to take further legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. I trust that you will address this issue promptly and ensure that such unauthorized deductions do not occur in the future.

          Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide me with a timeline for resolution.

            I am seeking alliance for my brother thro bhart matrimony since last 4 years. I taken prime membership nothing happened again they recommended assisted service. I paid money for the same for three times but not all responding. Very cheap behaviour and cheating mentality of relationship managers and money motive attitude of Bharat matrimony felt very bad. No value for money and no humanity. No use for the money paid. Totally upset government of India should take steps to overcome the issue. Bharat matrimony playing with unmarried peoples life not given service always seeking money from the members.

            BHARAT MATRIMONY SHOULD REACT AND RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT OR ELSE REPAY MY MONEY TILL NOW I SPEND ALMOST 60000 RUPEES FOR SEEKING ALLIANCE THRO BHARAT MATRIMONY.               My matrimony ID is H12968965. I subscribed as a premium member on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 6th Feb 2024. I called many a time in this company and tried to connect with the manager but the staff was so rude and disrespectful. when I don't have premium they told me that we would send 14 profiles a day of my preference but after I bought premium they did not pick my call and said that we could not do anything regarding this. it is so shameful and fishy that you are not able to keep your word.                         Auto Debited AED 390 without my consent

                        I have a profile on Bharat Matrimony and initially opted for 3 months of premium membership. To my surprise the debited the money from my credit card during the second renewal on 9th November 2023. I had not asked for auto renewal, and I wanted to cancel my premium membership due to excessive fake and not responding profile. Also, there is no option to cancel the auto renewal on their mobile app.

                            Overview of the issue -
                            In the month of July, I tried to purchase Bharat matrimony subscription, however the transacation failed twice and the money got deducted twice. I waited for a couple of days and raised a ticket asking for refund and not to go with subscription.

                            The bharatmatrimony support team kept making the promises that my request is important not addressing the issue properly. After many emails and phone calls, endless chat on their app, they refunded one payment. For other `payment refund, they said they would it soon and they are yet to refund. It's around 4 months now, more than 10 follow up email, many intereactions over chat agent, 3 phone calls, but they dont seem to resolve the matter. Apparaenlty they have closed my case at their end, no responding to emails, phone calls are being disconnected proabbly the agents/sales men are not willing to let me go and refund my money.
                            They are causing lot of mental harrassment, I am not in India, otheewise I was considering logging a complaint with consumer forum against them with all the intereactions emails, chate and phone logs. These guys seem to have terrible support, that I pointed out once that they seem edto take personally. I have exprressed my annoyance to them, but they are more interested in selling the product than addressing the consumer grievances.
