When I initially subscribed to the Bharat Matrimony membership plan, I was excited about the prospect o[censored]nlimited contact views, as advertised on your platform. However, it has come to my attention that the actual experience has been quite different.

As a paying member, I have found that I am only able to view a limited number of contacts, specifically 75, despite my membership plan indicating that I should have access to unlimited contact views. This has left me feeling misled and disappointed, as the promise o[censored]nlimited contact views was a significant factor in my decision to upgrade my membership.

I believe in the integrity and trustworthiness of Bharat Matrimony as a reputable matrimonial service, and I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the discrepancy between the advertised membership benefits and the actual experience.

I understand that errors can occur, and I hope that this can be addressed as a genuine oversight. It is important to maintain transparency and fulfill the promises made to your valued customers.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

A review of my membership account to ensure that I receive the unlimited contact views as per my subscription.

    Without my consent my account was auto renewed. I only opted for one time purchase and had categorically turned off auto renewal when I infially purchased still my account was deducted with GBP 81. Kindly issue refund or I will have to raise a dispute for this Nd legal complaint

      I paid to Bharatmatrimony on 11th of August for membership, and despite of payment my membership is not activated.

      I called them multiple times, opened some kind of tickets( no one looked into it), forwarded the issue to technical teams and despite of all this the problem is still there with no resolution. Everyone seems so clueless, how to get this simple problem resolved. This seems like fraud but Koen system, where you make payment and still you don’t get the service.

      Please fix the technical issue ASAP, so that I can use my membership .it’s been more than 10 days and still waiting

        I made payment to Bharatmatrimony and despite of making payment, my membership is not activated. I called customer care multiple time, multiple escalation, multiple tickets and problem is still not resolved for last 10 days. Whenever I call customer care, they are like forwarding the complaints to technical team or opening some kind of ticket, and this has been going for 10 days. This is like a fraud system where you make a payment and still you cann’t avail the service. The system is broken. I would like this problem to be resolved ASAP.

          Bharat Matrimony is the Biggest Scam in India. They send invitations from Fake IDs to ensure users sign up for their Premium services and once you pay them money they delete the profiles.

          It's been 10 months since I signed up for Bharat Matrimony services and I have been contacted by more than 40 Fake profiles asking me for Money. The most recent case is of N. Chopra Gupta who sent me a fake AIR TICKET but didn’t have the wisdom to mention the right name of the Airport. She mentioned ' Manchester United’ Airport instead if ‘Manchester Airport’ and asked me for money.

          100% of Profiles on Bharat Matrimony are FAKE. Didn’t find even a Single Genuine profile on this Garbage App. Stay Away From them. They are Scammers

              Uday Kiran laden is womaniser and have cheated multiple victims using matrimony sites. He is abusive and girls do not come out because he blackmails them and gives false promises of marriage. He is already married second time without even a divorce. He did a fraud in UK and ram back to India. He is a person who plays with girls emotions and then leave them once he is physical and taken the money from them.

                I was paid member. My membership expired on 31-Aug-23

                3 contacts which I called, told me that the marriage was already fixed.

                I contacted their customer care on Aug 28 and they raised request for to add 3 add on numbers.

                Service request no is BM28918972 . I requested them as I membership was going to expire on 31 Aug 2023, please take to resolve as early as possible. They promised that this will be resolved within 24 hrs.

                But still this was not resolve with 24 hrs. After that daily I contacted them for the status. Every time I asked for the status, they told me that within 12 hours, within end of day, this will be resolved. But this is not yet resolved.

                Now my membership expired, now they are telling that they will add this 3 additional numbers, only if I once gain become paid number.

                I raised complaint when I was in paid membership. As per their commitment, it should be resolved within 24 hrs. They waited till my membership to expire and asking me to pay once gain. This is not fair

                Why I need to pay once again, when they didn't take action for my complaint within the membership period.

                  Sub: Request to get the refund amount of rupees 5546/- from Bharat Matrimony due to poor & lack of proper service offered by them as per their 3 month gold plan.

                  I activated a 3-month regular gold plan ID: 27025058 on 07/08/23 at 11. 04 AM in Bharat Matrimony. I was heavily disappointed with the service due to the unreachability, vague profile details, blurred images, and fake & unavailability of contact numbers in the 40 no's contact list which they provided me. At the same time, the profile count was decreasing from 40 even if the contact numbers are not reachable from my side. In the beginning, I was a free member, at that time a female executive from Bharat Matrimony Lijiya contacted me and told me that they will provide all the complete details of 40 profiles and assured me. Considering that I paid Rupees 5546/- and took a 3-month regular gold plan. The contact numbers of Bharat Matrimony Ravipuram Kochi is [protected] & [protected]. On the same day of my activation of the plan i.e. 07/08/23, Monday after 2 hours of activation I contacted customer care and told them that I don't want their service and I need my refund of the amount paid for their service i.e. Rs 5546. A male executive Mr. Sharath took my call and admitted their mistake and told me that he will give a refund and told me to send a mail to [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. He was actually cheating me, after sending that email he didn't give my refund and when I call him he is telling that he will not provide the refund. My complaint ticket number for getting a refund in Bharat Matrimony is BM28826436. Sir, I request you take the necessary action against Bharat Matrimony and make them generate my refund as fast as possible.

                  Matrimony ID: E27025056. Reasons for which I need my refund of Rs 5546/-: I have raised my refund after 2 hours of activation because of no deliverables & a total loss of money. Unreachability, Vague profile details, and False commitments from the side of your executive Lijiya in Kochi, She told me that I would get all the contact details and other personal details of members from the Bharat matrimony but didn't get any details. Blurred images instead of profile pics, Fake, and Unavailability of contact numbers in the 40 no's contact list. Check the emails from [protected]@gmail.com from 07/08/23, I have clearly mentioned everything in that. I haven't received any response to my emails and calls regarding the refund. Today is the 29th day ie from 07/08/23 to 04/09/23, of my refund request. Till now you haven't done anything regarding the refund.Most of the time you will not attend my calls. I have all the call records and other proofs with me regarding this from 07/08/23. Generate the refund of Rs 5546/- if you have a commitment towards your customer.

                  I have contacted Kerala Cheif Ministers office and shared the details regarding my refund and your negligence to solve the problem by not generating the refund of rupees 5546/- even after 31 days of my refund request. Generate the refund immediately, I have seen you have refunded the money to your several customers considering their complaints against you, so you can do that from your side it is true. Then why you are not purposefully not doing and solve my problem even after 31 days. From your side you cant say that I have used your service because it is your mistake and negligence that made it dragged to the 31st day of not refunding my money. if you are a genuine company you don't force me to use a service which I mentioned you to cancel and generate refund after 2 hours of activation. I haven't told you that I need your service then for what reason you are not generating refund and still running my account even though am not using it because of improper service, it is my question to you, give me a answer for my question.

Only a minute is needed for you to credit Rupees 5546/- but purposefully dragging & making a very bad situation to the customer, is this your customer service ? is this the credibility of your company ? is this the attitude from your side who pay you money ? if you have shame on what on what you did first you refund my money.

                      I have unsubscribed their marketing email so many times but it doesnt work at all. Their emails are literally harassing and are interrupting my daily job and poses a threat while driving or walking. Please help

                          This is regarding the Bharatmatrimony autorenewal fraud. I am totally dissappointed about their attitude towards us. We had been looking for a boy for my sister in law and recently we finalised on an alliance. We dint get time to close down the account and was about to do when we noticed that they have auto renewed the account without our permission. There has been absolutely no indication on the Bharatmatrimony website about the expiry or renewal. They have adopted such a shady business practice that they just allow you to access the website as though it never expired and then backstab saying they can refund the renewal cost since you have utilised the services.

                          This is completely a fraud Business and government should take strict action on them and hand over all the properties of Bharathmatrimony for cheating the public and lotting money and should ban them doing this nasty Business.

                            It has been a painful experience despite paying per Request for Renewal...

                            Sent a payment receipt to [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com

                            Raised several tickets, either via chat or online support tickets

                            It does not get us anywhere, all that wait 24 hours response every day !

                            Paid on 27th July, waiting and waiting...

                            Raised Complaint tickets 28772380 and 28760597, and more...

                            Raised Support Tickets too...

                            Called +91 [protected] +91 [protected] phone #'s

                            Requested to write to grievance [protected]@matrimony.com

                            Customer care Executive answers the call say they can only inform the helpdesk.

                            There is no option per the advise, and requesting to wait, wait and wait.

                            It has been over days with no response or reply from anyone !

                            Hope this get to the right eyes who can resolve this issue soon !

                              I am Satyam Jaiswal. 3 weeks ago i got a call from someone who is your customer service representative and he told me that we have got 150 matches on our premium profile and 4–5 girls are interested so please upgrade your profile to marriage till membership plan, so he guide me how to upgrade it and till that time we discussed with him first that we need real profile and real girl from India. And he agreed that he told us that we already have matches sir and all real girls profiles. So we agreed to pay, after paying when we called the interest of the girls who came on my profile, all the boys used to pick up the phone and talk to me indecently and abusing, since morning you guys started calling. give you girl nahi milta kya aap log ko 4-5 profile numbers call and see all fake numbers after that called your customer care representative then he told us to mail on my helpline mail id and wait for 24 hours so We waited, nothing happened, then we called your customer care representative, at that time I spoke to a senior representative named Vishal, he told us that we will forward your complaint to our team, which you will get in 2-3 days. The number has been counted, it will be returned, then we will process the refund, you will get the refund, I waited for 3-4 days, nothing happened.So I called your customer care and complained about that then he told me sir you can see 1-2 more profiles which are verified still you have the same problem then mail us with proof we will verify and our We will refund you in case of error on our part. Then I called with the number of 2 new profiles, all of them were also agent's numbers, who called us back from another number, told that new relationship is for me and asked us to register for details from them, then I called your customer care again. done they just said we are forwarding your complaint to our team you will get refund wait 3–4 days waited 4–5 days but nothing happened then i called your customer care again, So he said nothing will happen and cut my call., I am very disappointed with your service sir. As a lawyer I am very fed up and request you to look into my case and give me my refund back. Otherwise I will file a case against you, it is very frustrating and I don't have that much time. This is clearly a case of fraud as your representative gave us false promises and also said that he will refund the money to us. And now he is refusing to do so. Please reply I have no other option. Please don't let me down or bother me, I request you. I want my refund back. Since this is clearly a case of fraud, you have done nothing and are not fulfilling the amount even after I have paid it.
                              I request you to refund me my money otherwise I will unfortunately have to escalate this matter to higher authorities and others.

So we agreed to pay, after paying when we called the interest of the girls who came on my profile, all the boys used to pick up the phone and talk to me indecently and abusing, since morning you guys started calling. give you girl nahi milta kya aap log ko 4-5 profile numbers call and see all fake numbers after that called your customer care representative then he told us to mail on my helpline mail id and wait for 24 hours so We waited, nothing happened, then we called your customer care representative, at that time I spoke to a senior representative named Vishal, he told us that we will forward your complaint to our team, which you will get in 2-3 days. The number has been counted, it will be returned, then we will process the refund, you will get the refund, I waited for 3-4 days, nothing happened.So I called your customer care and complained about that then he told me sir you can see 1-2 more profiles which are verified still you have the same problem then mail us with proof we will verify and our We will refund you in case of error on our part. Then I called with the number of 2 new profiles, all of them were also agent's numbers, who called us back from another number, told that new relationship is for me and asked us to register for details from them, then I called your customer care again. done they just said we are forwarding your complaint to our team you will get refund wait 3–4 days waited 4–5 days but nothing happened then i called your customer care again, So he said nothing will happen and cut my call., I am very disappointed with your service sir. As a lawyer I am very fed up and request you to look into my case and give me my refund back. Otherwise I will file a case against you, it is very frustrating and I don't have that much time. This is clearly a case of fraud as your representative gave us false promises and also said that he will refund the money to us. And now he is refusing to do so. Please reply I have no other option. Please don't let me down or bother me, I request you. I want my refund back. Since this is clearly a case of fraud, you have done nothing and are not fulfilling the amount even after I have paid it.
                                I request you to refund me my money otherwise I will unfortunately have to escalate this matter to higher authorities and others.

                                  We joined the Assisted Service of Matrimony on 20th February 2023 for our son Sidharth, matrimony ID# NAR1316423.

                                  A relationship Manager is assigned to support us on 23rd February and first set of profiles received on 27th February. We have waiting for the profiles and after reviewing the profiles shared in the first couple of weeks we realized that the RM has no experience in dealing with matching the profiles for our need.

                                  You may please refer my E mail communications dated 1st March, 3rd March, followed up with several direct phone calls and what’s messages.

                                  We have shared the reasons for not accepting the shared profiles to the RM and his supervisor which are mainly:

                                  · Girl is older than my son

                                  · Cast not matching (different cast)

                                  · Star not matching

                                  · Horoscope not matching (Papam)

                                  We believe these are the basic things RM should verify before sharing a profile, it should not be to show the numbers.

                                  There are couple of profiles we accepted during this period but there was no follow up and communication from RM on it.

                                  We raised the matter with Supervisor of the RM but both were not responding for along. I have filed a request for refund as per the conditions mentioned in our initial purchase of the service.

                                  After having couple of phone calls, RM is changed on 4th May 2023 and then we started getting some service from the new RM. So we haven’t get any quality/satisfactory service from the RM from 23rd February till 4th May, which is communicated to matrimony in time.

                                  Now matrimony stopped my assisted service due to expiry of the service period which was for 3 months.

                                  It is unfair from the side of matrimony and not in line with the agreed terms in our purchase agreement.

                                  I have sent the above representation to care.[protected]@matrominy.com on 26th May but there is no formal response from them. While contacting their representatives accepts there is lack of service but waiting for a formal response sine then.

                                  Please work to get me the service compensated. Thank you,

                                    With Bharat Matrimony, we registered for the premium plan. The search has been ongoing for almost a month without finding proper matches. Despite checking the mandatory boxes for most of the partner preferences columns, such as the groom's residency (United States of America), his age (25 to 29), and his education (MS Engg), we only received profiles of Bangalore residents. One of the staff members called us frequently, imposed so much on us and forced us to subscribe to the premium plan. He assured us that we would match 100%. No new profiles have appeared since then. We realized the app was useless and asked for a refund. They did not even refund our money. They have looted our money and cheated us by claiming we will find a match 100%, which is untrue. We lost our money, and the experience was incredibly uneasy. Beware. This site is just a money-looting site, and they'll stoop down to shallow levels to convince you to buy a premium plan. Until you pay them, their customer service department will call you daily and respond to your calls. They will not answer your calls after you purchase a subscription, and they will steal your money. You will not even receive genuine profiles. We will never use such sites anymore.

                                      Beware of this profile K3663943, she asks for money for buying ticket, dresses. She tries to lure you for paying more.

                                      In her profile, she mentioned that she is B.E computer science, when you talk to her she says, she is 10+2.

                                      Bharat Matrimony website is facilitating organized scam, by refusing to take any action against fraud profiles.
