I received a call on 15/01/2023 & 16/01/2023 for the account renewal from a person named MONISHA FROM BHARAT MATRIMONY/GUINDY OFFICE. SHE SAID THERE IS A OFFER GOING ON AS WELL AS THE PREVIOUS UNUSED CONTACTS CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD AS WELL. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAD RENEWED ONLY IN TAMIL MATRIMONY NOT IN COMMUNITY MATRIMONY SEPARATELY ANYTIME BEFORE, That profile was created automatically based on the Community. Since she said so, My daughter while making the transaction asked if its Tamil matrimony since payment link is coming in Community matrimony, But Monisha and another male from their team said its same only. So she paid the amount on 18/01/2023 and when asked for upgrade activation the next day, they told it will take two days time and contacted through their personal number. Again called back after two days, they are telling its different. And then after shouting, they said they will upgrade but again no response. Again when we called back they said they will get back shortly but again no response. On Saturday (4/02/2023), we went to Guindy office straightaway, A person named FRANKLIN SAID COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND HE WILL UPDATE IN 24 HOURS BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE. When called back he said I will give transfer of service in 48 hours but again no response. Meanwhile, we called the customer care number, they also say 24 hours or put on hold and cut the call. Day before yesterday when I called Franklin again, he said refund will be given and the concerned sales team will call but again No response. Till now nobody contacted nor refund is initiated.
