I had taken membership of Bengali Matrimony earlier but stopped due to some reasons. Later the employees of Bengali Matrimony continuosly called me and asked me to avail the memberships. On 25 th April 2023, at around 3:14pm, I got a call from [protected] (Bengali matrimony) telling me that she had taken consent from my guardian (mother) regarding availing 3 month membership which is a heinous lie and asked me to pay through their website. I paid and got the membership but later I contacted my mother about her consent, and she told me that she had not given any consent to avail that membership. The employee who had called me is a female and unfortunately I had forgotten her name. My mobile No is [protected]. Please check the call at the above mentioned date and time and do take strict action against the concerned employee who had done this. I would also like to get a refund regarding this since I do not wish to continue this membership after this unethical behaviour from Bengali Matrimony's side.

    I have paid for assisted service for 6 months paying 1000AUD for telugu, doctors and reddy matrimonies. The service was never as promised. I tried changing the manager but still did not help. As i wasn't happy with the service i asked the package to be switched to 12 months Gold membership. I got an email which i acknowledged and sent. When i checked my account the extension of 12 months is only given to Telugu matrimony when the initial assisted service was for Telugu, Reddy & Doctors matrimony. The manager who assisted me with this service Mr vinod kumar is not even responding to my messages. I did lodge complaint with customer service @ bharath matrimony and they responded back saying that the pacakge is going to be extended to 12 months. Upon checking its still the same. Only 1 out of the 3 matrimonies have been extended. Please either get the package extended as i requested or my money refunded

      Found a fake profile. His name is Amit Anand(H[protected]+[protected]) working as surgeon in Paris. He said parents live in Australia. Sent Interest to me as wanted to marry a Indian girl. Then come back to India and settle here by establishing his own hospital. He started showing so much love on me in short period of time. I have a conference in Singapore from 17 April to 21st April. Will come back to India from Singapore once the conference is done. As he has luggage in Paris can't carry all over Singapore to India asked my help to deliver the package to my address. I have sent address and stated that he register the courier Later I got tracking code in email. When the package is arrived in Delhi a lady called stating that am from courier team and we received the package from Amit Anand, In order to send it to you need to pay for the home delivery as he was booked for express delivery only. Asked me to pay 38800 which I did. Next day she called again and said there is foreign currency in the package and the custom department will seize it if you don't pay the insurance for it which is 91500. When I called to this fraud Amit he said sorry am not sure the Indian team found the money which I hided inside the box. Got email that everything is cleared package will be delivered to you soon. next day morning again got email that need to pay 285000 for conversion of foreign currency. I got doubt and when agent from Delhi called me stated that owner is in Singapore unable to reach him as you are in India we can only contact you for clearance else all the money will be seized. When this entire thing is going on owner Amit is sleeping so peacefully not even serious about his package. I realized something is wrong so asked him to deal with this once you back India on 24th April 2023. I even got doubt that whether the profile pic and real person same. I asked to send me the live location and video call immediately he refused it. Cleared my doubt that he is fake. Asked for the booking tickets from Singapore to India he sent the edited one by seeing that we can say that's edited PDF. He promised that I am travelling to India on 20th, will meet me here and proves me that am wrong. I am sure that he is not coming to either Delhi to take pacakge or to my city to meet me. As soon as I realized I gave a complaint on cybercrime. The police started Investigation. I have given all numbers and people who are involved in this to the police. Don't trust the profiles from Bharath Matrimony it's really very worst and third party site.

      @Sandhyam772 my daughter was victimised by this fraud Amit Anand last week, She was told his Singapore trip got postponed for August and that he was coming from Delhi to Mumbai as he couldn't find direct flights from Paris to Mumbai.

      I urge the police team to track this fraud at the earliest and get him arrested

      This case was the most unbelievable, his profile says that he is a Doctor, Surgeon, Cardiologist. He went on to say that moved to Australia when he was 6, got married in 2015 and lost his wife in 2019. He then moved to Paris in 2021 to start a new life and is now looking to get settled.

      Posting his introduction he sent over a chat soon after he viewed my daughter's mobile number.

      My name is Amit Anand, am from rajkot city in gujarat state, I was born in 14 November 1986, am the only child of my parents, my parents relocated to Australia when I was 6 years old and I did all my studies over there and now working as a doctor (cardiologist surgeon doctor) I got married in year 2015 but unfortunately she died in year 2019, It was a love marriage so after her death my life was empty and lonely then I decided to relocate to Paris France in 2021 to start a new life but now am planning of coming back permanently in my country India by ending of this month.

      While my daughter was initially not responding to him well, he kept pursuing saying that he wants to interact with someone who is serious about marriage and is also looking to relocate to India so as to establish a hospital.
      He later went on to inform that he has already spoken to his parents and would be travelling to India permanently & subsequently sold his house in Paris to be able to purchase a property here to relocate for good.
      He added that he would be travelling over the weekend and has booked a flight from Paris to Delhi to Mumbai. Upon arrival at Delhi (to which we have a huge doubt ) he started messaging & calling frantically saying he got stuck at the entrance on account of Visa validation & that his Visa expires the next day and he missed checking before travelling. He went on to add that the officers at the Airport demanded 28, 500/- to renew his visa. A bit surprised my daughter requested him to use international credit card, Debit card or exchange currency at any counter at the Airport as there is no way an immigration officer who knows that the traveller is from another country would hold him back for not having INR and payment can be initiated in Euro & converted to INR at the airport itself. He denied all of this, we requested him to get us to speak to the team at airport and he denied. He kept requesting my daughter to transfer above mentioned money to below beneficiary:

      BRANCH NAME: NEW DELHI.

      All this sounded extremely fishy as to why would an immigration officer accept money in a personal account. She refused to transfer, he came down from 28, 500 to 18, 500 to 15, 000. He also forced her to speak to a friend or a colleague to arrange funds on priority.
      Why would a doctor, surgeon that too working at hospital in Paris be interested in a petty amount such as above.
      Most shocking part of this incident is that he stopped messaging or calling the moment my daughter said that she is not in a position to arrange funds. The same person who was bragging about how seriousness towards this relationship, love, commitment & marriage turned his back after desired amount couldn't be arranged.
      These episodes has left my daughter in a state of shock and under tremendous stress.

        There is a guy called Suresh mohanpatra Edin(number :[protected] contacted and started showed interest on my profile. He lives in UK. He is widowed have a daughter and stating that need a mom who can take care of my daughter and me. Started texting daily and one day he called and stated that his cousin who stays in India has some medical emergency .The money I sent is not sufficient. Can you send her 40K? It's all trap. He is fraud and cheater don't fell into it.

          This Bharat matrimony site is totally third class site. Here people had made profiles and working in group, make fool of innocent people and take money from them and finally disappeared.

          Recently got to know abt one fake profile. His profile id is K3539768 and name Daivya Prithviraj. number ([protected])He profile says that he is in Mysore but when he connected on call says that he is in UK working as high profile Civil Engineer there. He started showing love in short period of time but that's all fake not real. He says that in two months will be back to India and set up my companies over there blah blah... He said everything about me to his mom but that's not true. I was having doubt so I asked for the physical address, live location and call from your mom as she knows me already and a video call then I can give committment. The same day midnight he blocked me means whatever I asked he can't do that. His profile and pics are not real. Don't fell into the trap and make sure you do a video call and ask for live locations before start loving others.

                We book our Bharat Gas cylinder on PhonePe and do the payment there itself.. But when delivery boy comes to deliver the cylinder at home, he asks 15-20 rupees extra.. Despite paying online we need to pay him extra amount.. For what that boy gets salary ? When we asked him, he told that they give delivery at ground floor only and for delivering at upper floor they take extra money. Fed up of this. At first cylinders are expensive and addition to this is delivery boys illegal tip...

                  This company charged my credit card with unauthorized transaction even after mentioning them over email that I would not be interested in extending subscription.

                  Company already performed fraud in first subscription by overcharging and even after providing proofs, not budging to it.This is fraud company and even after asking them not to claim and charge card, they went ahead.

                  I demand refund against this fraud by Bharat matrimony

                    This company has charged my credit card without my authorization even after I had emailed them that I am not interested in renewal.They had already performed a fraud with my first subscription when they overcharged me and even after submitting proof, didn't not accept it

                    Even after asking them not to charge the card, they went ahead and did it.This is fraud with bad service .
                    I demand a refund

                      Hi I had exclusively mentioned on email to the company helpdesk that I will not renew the subscription due to bad service from company but still they went ahead with charging my credit card without my authorization.

                      They already performed fraud in my first subscription where they charged my card with extra charges and even after providing proof, they did not agree.

                      I demand a refund as this is fraud with customer.

                        To whomsoever concerned reading this email I would like to bring your attention to the scenarios which have occurred in the last few days and the reason for which we would like to withdraw from all your services.

                        Day 1 we visited The Kerala Matrimony office at Thrissur. The executive took us through various services and schemes and even offered a discount which was not available through the website. The prime package was offered for 12000 and the assisted service for Rs 16000. After 2-3 working days Miss Rubeena from Thrissur office assisted us through the service, forced us to do the payment in cash and informed us that a physical invoice will not be given and the same shall be mailed which was not done.

                        The assisted service was activated and the RM connected with us on 23rd March 2023. She was short of energy and enthusiasm and discouraged us for assisted service. She even insisted us to move to the prime package and was discouraging all throughout the process. Whenever a concern is raised she questions and affirms that those are not part of her responsibilities. She does not take any effort, instead she directs us to make calls and conversations which is possible even through a prime membership. We have not benefited out of this service in any way and are highly disappointed with the attitude of the RM.

                        This feedback was rightly informed to the executive Miss Rubeen before a week's time and daily progress was also informed. As suggested by her we shared a feedback email on assisted service and promised cashback as advertised. Also, she took us through various other schemes which were inclusive within the budget we have paid and also promised if we are not claiming for a cash back the amount paid will be adjusted and a combo pack access shall be allocated which includes access of Kerala Matrimony, Nair Matrimony and Divorcee matrimony. Once the feedback email reached the respective hands Mr. Rubesh (Regional Manager) connected with us stating that any movement happening should be through him and he stated combo pack cannot be offered only a prime package access can be offered for 14900 for 6 months (which was initially promised for 12000) and insisted to share him an email confirming the same. Also Miss Preethi Krishnan(RM) connects on a daily basis stating the lead belongs to her and any movement should only go through her. There is a triangle play happening between Mr Rubesh, Miss Rubeen and Miss Preethi Krishnan each of them claiming to be their lead and a mismatch in the schemes which has been offered.

                        Still we agreed to take the Prime package but till now no action is taken on the same. We could neither avail assisted service nor the Prime package.

                        We are happy that Bharat Matrimony was highly responsive and connected us on the same day . But unfortunately, till date there has been no action taken and we are not able to avail any of the services.
                        It was told that the Prime package will be activated but tit's not yet done. We have made the payment on 22nd March 2023, but we could neither avail assisted service nor the Prime package till date. Hope the same will be addressed on priority.

                          I had paid for elite membership on the December 2021 for my daughter. They will make you all sort of promises before you enrolled the name and after that they will neglect you. I have not received complete profiles as per the confirmation mail from the elite group. I had contacted many times to them for balance profiles but they simply answered me that we do not have your suitable profiles at our data and when we get suitable profiles we will definitely Forward you. In between my membership is expired as per 6 monthly basis and they have extended for 1 month. But no calls or they have not contacted to me on extended period so I have mail him for the profiles but they have given same response like they do not have suitable profiles in his data . These people are complete fraud service and big scam and making fool to public Government should make strict action on this company.

                            They wanted me to upgrade to a premium service for better assistance but then again the same poor quality of service continued . They would lie or say anything to get more money from you. Don't trust their words. I had a very bitter experience

                              Bharat matrimony does fraud with the girls who make profile to search groom for them on this matrimony app. There is a fake boy id named as Abhishek Sharma who has now become Abhishek kumar Srivastava is doing scam and asking for money from girls and their families in the name of marriage and then run away. Bharat matrimony is doing nothing against this profile. It seems bharat matrimony is also involved in this scam.

                                Hi,

                                I recently opted for premium account for second time in Bharat matrimony with profile ID H[protected]latest ID). I liked a few profiles and sent connection request. I got a response from a person called Sunita Singh with profile ID H11972982. When I started talking to them they identified themselves as a relations manager. I asked for their organisation details but they didn't provide any.
                                I told them that I want to talk to the family or the girl, but they will not share the contact number. I have to pay their charges and then they will share the information.

                                This entire fraud model is very popular on Bharat matrimony and it feels like the company doesn't care if their status goes down day by day.

                                I am heavily unsatisfied with the behaviour and presence of these fraud profiles. And I request a refund for the payment that I made recently.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  We have created an account for my elder brother. On 22nd december it has been renewed by deducted Rs3540 from standard chartered credit card. I did not get any reminder msg from the apps team. They have called my father as his number has given. He has denied several times for not renewal but they did not listen.
                                  We are belongs to middle class family Rs3540 is matter for us. So, is there any option to get refund of my money as they have clearly mentioned that no money has been refunded after renewal.

                                  I request you kindly look into this types of apps who are making money by the human error and also request you kindly do not give any permission to this type of auto debit options in their apps or their should be OTP options in Auto Renewal time.
                                  Kindly suggest me who will be the concerned authority that i can contact and inform my request the OTP based Autorenewal facility should have this type of apps.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      Our Tamil Matrimony Id is M7821114 and Community Matrimony Id is MUK25893. I received a call on 15/01/2023 & 16/01/2023 for the account renewal from a person named MONISHA FROM BHARAT MATRIMONY/GUINDY OFFICE. SHE SAID THERE IS A OFFER GOING ON AS WELL AS THE PREVIOUS UNUSED CONTACTS CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD AS WELL. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAD RENEWED ONLY IN TAMIL MATRIMONY NOT IN COMMUNITY MATRIMONY SEPARATELY ANYTIME BEFORE, That profile was created automatically based on the Community. Since she said so, My daughter while making the transaction asked if its Tamil matrimony since payment link is coming in Community matrimony, But Monisha and another male from their team said its same only. So she paid the amount on 18/01/2023 and when asked for upgrade activation the next day, they told it will take two days time and contacted through their personal number. Again called back after two days, they are telling its different. And then after shouting, they said they will upgrade but again no response. Again when we called back they said they will get back shortly but again no response. On Saturday (4/02/2023), we went to Guindy office straightaway, A person named FRANKLIN SAID COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND HE WILL UPDATE IN 24 HOURS BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE. When called back he said I will give transfer of service in 48 hours but again no response. Meanwhile, we called the customer care number, they also say 24 hours or put on hold and cut the call. Day before yesterday when I called Franklin again, he said refund will be given and the concerned sales team will call but again No response. Till now nobody contacted nor refund is initiated.
